After touring a couple of recommended and top preschools in the area, we chose Primrose and it's the best decision we ever made for our daughter. It's a safe and secure location with incredible and loving staff from the front office to the teachers and general staff. To say it is well run would be an understatement. While I've never visited other Primrose schools, this school is the poster child for the brand and what it should represent. Ms. Ally and Ms. Risa are stand out teachers and our daughter can't stop talking about how much she loves them as well as how much they show their love for her. They've helped her blossom socially, academically, and truly care about what they do. This is a shining example of what you want from those responsible for the care of your children. Our daughter has formed a bond with pretty much every staff member at the school and it makes her feel seen, acknowledged, and loved when she is treated as a name, not a number. This is not just a school but a family. I highly recommend this Primrose school without hesitation or reservation if you truly care about your child's preschool experience.

My two boys have been at Primrose School of North Round Rock for a year and a half, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and love they’ve received. The teachers not only educated our child but also made them feel truly safe and loved—greeting them every day with a warm hug. The school has so many wonderful events throughout the year, and our children always looked forward to them. They also really enjoyed the school lunches! It’s hard to say goodbye because this place has been like a second home for our family. A special thank you to Mrs. Anderson, Ms. Kandace for their kindness, patience, and genuine affection for our child. We will always remember your smiles, encouragement, and the way you made our child feel special every single day. We will truly miss you! 💛

I cannot put into words how much this school has meant to me and my daughter. I was going through a rough life transition and bringing my daughter to school every day gave me peace of mind because I knew she was taken care of, loved by her teachers, and thriving. I truly admire Ms Anderson and Ms Kandice more than I can express. They both are incredibly caring, kind, and loving individuals and I knew from day 1 that they would steal my little girl's heart. They feel like family and I'm so blessed to have had time at this school. This school is so special.

Not enough words to describe the wonderful experience our family had with Primrose over the last 18 months. Even after prior curriculum-based care experience before moving to Round Rock, Primrose blew us away, in multiple different ways. This school cares about you and your family. They will very quickly learn your name and greet you each morning. The staff also get to know your children, so faces are familiar each day when they walk in the door. They are ORGANIZED. Communication is great, whether through email, app or text. It's almost impossible to not be in the loop here. And having someone make food in house every day? You can't top that! Thank you Ms. Shannon! Aside from that, it is so bittersweet to be leaving Primrose behind because of the teachers we have had. We did not get to have experiences with all of the staff but specifically Ms. Kayla, Ms. Kandace and Mrs. Anderson have been TOP NOTCH. You can very easily tell that these ladies love their jobs. It takes true grit and compassion to work with a bunch of toddlers and not just let them play but teach them academically and socially but also learning how to be a good human! Our son has expanded his vocabulary, math, comprehension and social skills so much in the last year and a half. We could not be more thankful for the care and compassion shown to our little guy. If you want your child to experience an early development/preschool curriculum that will get them more than ready to move on to Kindergarten, along with feeling at ease sending them to a classroom where they will be loved on, make Primrose work in your budget. THEY ARE WORTH IT! Thank you so much Primrose!

First and foremost my 2.5 yr old son is no longer with this school. Just like any other parent we wanted our child to get the best day care and we thought we did, until few weeks back. I'm writing this review so no other parent and child need to go through this. This school is like an illusion . Solicited or employee reviews to fake their ratings, smiling faces from front desk to classroom however what happens in reality is horrible for your toddler. My child joined this school in May 2021 and there was hardly any incidents or concerns raised by the school until October 2021. This is right when he was in transition period for potty training. In two weeks our child became the most notorious kid in the class who " Slapped his teacher!! ". The Director called us in and spent 45 mins complaining about how bad our child is and showed no interest to work together on his behavioral change . He is spending more than 60% of his time in this school and if there was a change in his behavior they need to be equally responsible. We asked them if they did anything to help correct his behavior. The answer is.. Oh, Mr. Markose we don't do any behavioral corrections and we just redirect the children . Their definition of redirect is to flash a toy as a positive enforcement for a bad behavior during a toddler stage. A day later the director called us again and literally threatens that a third attempt of any misconduct from our child will lead to his expulsion. Well, we didn't wait for that to happen and changed his school immediately. It doesn't end there. At home I was thanking my child for helping me with gardening and told him how good he is. His immediate response was, No Dada, I'm a bad boy!! I asked him who told him that and he explicitly called out the name of the director of this school. A day later he told me he got hit by his teacher and someone even asked him to go away! He is doing wonderful in another school and he has never been more happier . We see a huge change in him when he reaches home from school . Primerose North: You are dealing with toddlers and children, not a farm where you feed the animals and take their pictures at set time to create the illusion. We are going to follow up on the statements our toddler made about he getting beaten up at school!!!
