Primrose at Forest Creek has been a wonderful experience for our family. The staff is warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to each child’s growth and happiness. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how welcoming and well-organized the environment is. The teachers do an excellent job communicating with parents and creating engaging, educational activities that help children learn and thrive. We’ve seen so much progress in our child’s confidence, social skills, and learning. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and education provided.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a stray dog. My child along with other children whoms parents I've talked have been mistreated and abused. My daughter told me that one of the staff told her to shut up while she was talking and squeezed her lips. One thing I don't play about is my child, I immediately turned around and asked to speak to the director. Their response was she was unavailable and I can call her in the morning, I CUSSED EVERY STAFF INCLUDING HER TEACHER OUT AND THREATENED to call the police. All of sudden the director "became available" I expressed my frustration and she told me it didn't happen that her teachers don't put their hands on the kids. I proceeded to call her every name I could think of and let her know my lawyer would be in touch. I don't know how this place is still running with the amount of complaints and mistreatment. NEVER BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!

My experience with Primrose at Forest Creek has been amazing! My 3 year old has struggled with potty training before he started here but they had him trained within a week!! Also I love that my son is wanting to eat healthy food and water throughout the day! Thanks to the personal chef that cooks everything for them! The food is delicious!! It is child approved!! The staff are very caring and take each individual child seriously when it comes to their ability to learn and what helps THAT child learn best. The encouragement the teachers give throughout the entire day is beyond great expectations! The management team has been extremely helpful, understanding and the communication is outstanding! They listen to the needs and concerns that I have for my son without judgement. The building is always smelling clean and fresh in the morning when I drop him off to his classroom and at the end of the day when I pick him up. Overall this school has impressed me with everything that I look for in a school and I know my son is well taken care of and safe! Thank you Primrose for taking such great care of my son!!

We are so thankful for our Primrose at Forest Creek family! Being first time parents and not having any family in town, we were really nervous about our infant son starting daycare. He had a rough time transitioning but Ms. Becky and Ms. Stacey kept open communication with us and worked with him to get him acclimated into his new routine which eased our nerves. Before we knew it, it was time for him to transition to the next class which happened to be during the beginning of the pandemic. Again, we were so impressed with the communication from not only the teachers but assistant director, Ms. Lindsey who kept us abreast of everything that was going on. The transition to the young-toddler classroom has been so smooth and our son absolutely adores Ms. Courtney. We receive live updates throughout the day on how our son is doing on the ProCare app; seeing pictures and videos of him throughout the day really assures us he is having a blast with his friends and enjoying all of the activities Ms. Courtney has going on for the day. We also have to commend the staff on the way they have handled everything through these trying times. They have gone above and beyond with the precautions in place and have still continued to provide EXCELLENT care. Words cannot begin to explain how much we appreciate everyone at Primrose and the relief we feel knowing he is in the best care possible!
