- HHHGFeb 1, 20261.0I took a BLS skills check off class on 1/30 and the instructor was fine, but brand new. She was not informed she needed her “teaching capabilities checked off” which limited her ability to send the certifications out to the paying customers. This oversight on RC Health Services part is unacceptable. They were kind enough to scrape together a last minute class for those of us who’s classes were cancelled due to the ice storm, but not being able to follow up and provide proof is affecting my ability to work. They also cancelled my class on 1/22 due to no instructor… which is also unacceptable. Do not offer the class then.

- AAAngelineDec 8, 20251.0Rip off! I paid and Covid hit and I had to pause due to working in the ER and being a lead. When I came back a couple months later, I kept messaging/calling to start back up and was completely ghosted!! After several months, I received a notice saying that it was now expired. I could’ve finished, but nobody would return any of my phone calls or messages. All you want me to do is pay again and keep sending me messages to do so. Your company is a joke.
