The office staff and teachers are always kind, welcoming, and truly care about the children. We also love the family events they host and the sweet, handmade gifts our grandchildren bring home—they mean so much to us. We are very grateful for Primrose and highly recommend them!

It’s so heartwarming to see how excited they are to go to school and how much they’ve grown, both socially and academically. I especially love attending events like Grandparents Day—it’s such a special experience to be included and see firsthand the joy and excitement the school brings to the children. I also look forward to the end-of-year ceremonies and the Christmas shows—they are always so well done and truly memorable! It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my granddaughters are in such a safe, supportive place where they are encouraged to learn, explore, and be themselves. I highly recommend Primrose School of Richardson to any family looking for top-quality childcare and early education!

Both of our girls started in the infant room and now our oldest is in Pre-K (youngest still in the toddler class). All of the teachers we've had take incredible care of the children and keep them engaged with a wonderful curriculum that provides so much enrichment. Both girls love going every day. The only opportunities I see for improvement are working to reduce teacher turnover and better communication between the office staff. Every single teach we've had has been incredible, I'd love to see them stay longer. Regarding the office staff, if we discuss something with one person in the office, it would be good if that's shared with other staff so we don't have to have redundant conversations.
