When I came back a couple months later, I kept messaging/calling to start back up and was completely ghosted!! After several months, I received a notice saying that it was now expired. I could’ve finished, but nobody would return any of my phone calls or messages. All you want me to do is pay again and keep sending me messages to do so. Your company is a joke.

- NMNikki MadduxAug 16, 20251.0Warning Do Not use this provider!!’ I had used previously used them for the last 10 years for ACLS renewals, however I would not suggest that any longer. They cancelled my class last weekend with less than 6 hours notice, rescheduled me to following weekend at a location an hour further drive for me then no showed leaving myself and other students standing in the hallway with the doors locked and no instructor on site. Don’t plan on calling the number to get resolution because it goes to a blanket message that they are closed and if you have a class during non-business hours to send an email to the office account. Now, I’ve paid for childcare for 8 hours, drove 2 hours out of my way, wasted gas and still out the $140 for the class with no renewal! Find a different class provider!!!
