  My niece attends this location and has for some time. I have picked her up a time or two and have heard nothing but great things about many of the staff there. She used to always talk about the previous director because she would always come in and help in the classroom. She was very kind, and of course so is the assistant director Ms. Amber. I hear my sister often say she misses the way things used to be and how it was warm and welcoming. Ms. Amber, Ms. Anna, Ms. Kristi, and Ms. Shelby are the best! I’ve heard both so great things about the new director, Ms. Johnson is what she likes to be called. My sister has said she hardly sees her and when she does, it’s not always a great interaction like some of the reviews say. A quick google search can tell you a lot about the new director. My niece is still there only because my sister doesn’t want to change her environment to keep her stable and because of the lovely ladies mentioned above.

  My experience with Prosper KinderCare has been absolutely positive thus far. Upon initial contact with Vanessa, she was proactive in making sure we received the necessary enrollment information to help with our transition to a new area. Every interaction with the director, the assistant director, and staff during the tour and via phone has been positive, but more importantly upbeat and energetic! The classrooms are clean (one of the first things I pay attention to is the smell when I walk into a place), seems to be well-managed, well thought out placement and organization wise. Everyone seemed to actually be engaged with the children and had good structure in the classes. I appreciate Vanessa sharing her vision for moving forward and improvements she is focusing on as well. I typically look for KinderCare Centers because of the higher standard compared to other child care franchises. I believe this center will not disappoint with what we look for in helping raise thriving children into successful adults. So far, very good!

  We absolutely LOVE Prosper Kindercare! My son has been attending since Jan. 2025 and we have been so impressed by the staff and all the love they show their kids. We get updates throughout the day and not a day goes by without pictures of how he’s doing. My son started in Infant 1 with Ms. Mojgan and she loves on those babies like they are her own. She has the most incredible patience and we were immediately impressed by everything she does! My son has now moved up and is currently in Infant 2 with Ms. Kristi & Ms. Shelby and they are the perfect fit for that classroom!! They love on those kiddos so much and you can clearly tell that they love what they do by how the Infant 2 kiddos interact with them as well as the other kids in the room. We love Kristi and Shelby in Infant 2! The center, overall, has improved tremendously when Ms. Vanessa took over as the new director. Both Vanessa and Amber help make the center warm and inviting. It’s also much more organized and the staff seem to be more supported. You are always welcomed with a friendly hello and everyone knows your child’s name! I’ve recommended this center to families before and I will continue to recommend it!

  We started Prosper KinderCare in September of 2025, we needed something quickly, and they were able to meet our needs for our children. We currently have a 4 year old and 2 year old that attend the school. We have noticed nothing but positive changes for our children since the leadership has changed. Our daughter absolutely adores the Assistant Director (Amber) and the Director (Vanessa). Amber has been a constant for our kids at this daycare, and she was a big reason we chose to attend this school back in September. We have been very lucky with the teachers that our children have had as well. Ms. Anna, Ms. Mani, Mr. Kyle, and Ms. Shelby have been a few of the teachers that have made this school so wonderful for our children. We get daily updates, notes, & pictures from them which makes us feel so much better about having our children at Prosper KinderCare. We are excited about the changes that have happened and our kids leave everyday with smiles on their faces!

  My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 6 months old. I truly appreciate Mojgan as her first teacher. She really really loves her and cares about her. Shelby is a great teacher in infant 2 room. She was my daughter's favorite person and made she so happy when she was in infant 2. Haritha is the lead teacher in the toddler room, and you can truly trust her with your child. She is incredibly responsible and attentive — every small detail you mention to her, she will remember and take care of. She teaches the children so many new things every day, and she also takes wonderful photos and videos to share with parents. We feel very confident and grateful knowing our daughter is under her care. Halle is a new assistant teacher in the toddler room. She is wonderful at engaging and playing with the children, and the kids absolutely love her. She brings so much positive energy to the classroom. Amber, the assistant director, has been incredibly involved since my daughter first joined the daycare. We often see her helping in the classrooms, and she has taught my daughter at every stage of her time here. Especially when we first started in the infant room, there were days when she spent the entire day in the classroom caring for the children. My daughter absolutely loves her. Amber plans many fun and engaging activities and truly notices and remembers each child’s progress. She is also very thoughtful about sharing little daily details with parents — sometimes she would happily tell me things like my daughter ate three small cupcakes in the morning (which always makes me laugh!). These small moments mean so much to us. We truly feel grateful and at ease knowing our daughter is cared for by such a loving and dedicated team, and we would highly recommend this daycare to any family.
