  Pay attention to the reviews. They don’t seem genuine. Most of the reviews talk about Amber who isn’t even a teacher or would be teaching your child. If I’m looking for a place to send my child, i would want to see more reviews about the teachers rather than the assistant director who I’ve heard from other parents have bad encounters with. The turnover rate from the teachers is very concerning and should be highlighted more. The food & snacks they feed are terrible. They are unorganized. Not worth the money. We will be looking for a different daycare.

  I can’t say enough good things about Prosper KinderCare! My nieces attend here, and from the very beginning we have felt so comfortable and supported. Ms. Amber, the assistant director, is incredibly kind and approachable. She is always willing to answer questions, keep us updated, and make sure families feel welcome and included. That kind of warmth really sets the tone for the whole center. The teachers on the older side of the building, Mr. Kyle, Ms. Kaitlynn, and Ms. Juju, are absolutely wonderful. They are experienced, caring, and so dedicated to the children. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with the kids every day. My nieces are always excited to go to school, and I have seen them grow so much academically and socially since starting here. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they are in such a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. I am so grateful for Ms. Amber, Mr. Kyle, Ms. Kaitlynn, and Ms. Juju for the positive impact they have had on my nieces’ lives. I would highly recommend Prosper KinderCare to any family looking for a place where their children will be loved, cared for, and encouraged to thrive.

  We’ve had a very positive experience with Prosper KinderCare. Both of my boys were enrolled at this center at one point, and the youngest has been there for the past 3 years. He has loved every teacher he has had…they’ve all been great. The communication from both teachers and directors has been very good and I’ve always felt comfortable leaving my kiddos in their care. We are moving out of state and this is my son’s last day at the center. But I wanted to post this review to share my experience and send a sincere THANK YOU to the whole team there for being an integral part of our family for the past 3 years!

  I love this place!! Clean classrooms, wonderful staff! I met with Monique Carmans and she rocks! Has a heart of gold and it is radiated throughout the daycare!!

  We’ve been with this center since my daughter was 6 months old, and now she’s almost 2. Assistant Director Amber was the reason we chose this daycare. She gave us our initial tour and made such a strong impression with her genuine care for the kids and incredible patience. I still remember seeing her greet a child at the door and carry her inside with such warmth. When my daughter was in the infant room, Amber often helped out and would always cheerfully share updates about my daughter’s progress and little milestones—those moments meant so much to me as a new parent. The infant room teachers were all amazing. My daughter’s first teacher, Mojgan, went above and beyond. At the time, my daughter refused to take a bottle, and we couldn’t get her to accept one at home no matter what we tried. Somehow, Mojgan worked her magic and helped her adjust—we were truly grateful. Other teachers in the infant room like Shelby, Zanea, and Kristi were also so kind and caring. You can really feel how much they love and care for each child. My daughter recently transitioned to the toddler room, and her new teacher Haritha has been fantastic—so responsible and attentive. While Haritha is off for the summer, Jaylen has stepped in, and my daughter took to her right away. It didn’t take long at all for her to feel comfortable and happy with Jaylen, which really speaks to how warm and engaging she is.
