- MJMrs JessupOct 19, 20225.0Our family LOVES Fusion! Our daughter began attending Fusion Academy in Plano her freshman year of high school. At that time her classroom anxiety was so high that we homeschooled for a year. She was behind in academics and we didn’t know how to catch her up. The teachers at Fusion gave her so much support and encouragement and had her caught up within a semester. The individual attention each student gets is such an amazing, and rare, gift! The Homework Cafe, where the students do their homework on campus with tutors available, has made school so much easier! Her homework is done before she gets home. The administration and teachers at Fusion are the students biggest cheerleaders and have given my daughter so much more confidence! And it is a fun place to be! The friends she has made and the activities they offer are just wonderful! They even provide opportunities for parents to connect and have speakers come to educate parents on navigating raising a teenager. The daily updates from teachers keep us informed on her progress. Each teacher takes time daily to report what they did in class and how our daughter participated. That’s one of our favorite things about this school! My daughter is now a junior and is thriving in school because of the amazing group at Fusion! They are starting prep work for college- something we never thought she would be interested in. They strive to get the kids academically and emotionally ready for college! The traditional school model doesn’t work for every child. I am SO thankful that Fusion exists because it is such a perfect alternative to traditional school. I would not have my daughter anywhere else! Fusion Academy Plano has been a Godsend for our daughter and us!

I as a parent have felt accepted and am always offered solutions and a variety of ways and strategies to assist in my son’s ever changing needs, if one thing doesn’t take they come up with more solutions and ideas u till we find what works . Will , Ryan , Susan and Melissa have been excellent in their communications and guidance, always warm kind and professional. The teachers send in communication daily and my son loves the one on one Fusion Academy offers My Son has his academic challenges yet as he grows he is feeling confident at peace with himself and generally very positive about his daily life and his future. If your child has been struggling and has been lost or feeling left behind in school , if everyday life is become hard for them to get through and they’ve lost their joy of learning Fusion Academy completely does a tremendous job at catering to their learning needs and will rebuild your child’s confidence like they did for my Son. As a parent there isn’t anything better than knowing that your child is happy and feeling good as they progress . They say it takes a village , I think Fusion is a great place to get solid support. I really can’t recommend them enough !

I was sent here by my private school to take pre-calculus after having been tormented by a boy in my classes and refusing to go to class for a whole semester. When I came to Fusion I was completely burned out and was not looking forward to college at all, in fact my plan at that point was to not even go to college and reject all of my acceptance letters I had worked so hard for. The instructor I had a Fusion changed that for me and was my saving grace. I had one on one lectures with him and he helped me find my love for learning again. My lectures were tailored to what I wanted to do in college. He would apply pre-calculus to real life examples of what I would see in the food science industry. I had never really enjoyed math until I had it with the instructor at Fusion. Currently I am in my last semester of college and will graduate with a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry that is ACS certified with minors in math and biology. Without Fusion I don't think I would've had the motivation again after coming from a horrible high school. Thank you Fusion for helping me find my passion for learning again!
