  I couldn’t believe how dirty my child was when I picked her up, granted I saw other kids with snotty noses and dirty clothes on other days and while the asst director was very professional those teachers were rude and didn’t understand the issues Yall lost one tho

  This center has gone down hill . When my 9 year old attended the teachers were great, loving and caring . My 2 year old has been attending since he was 1 , he will be 3 next week and all these new teachers are not it . I’ve witnessed kids hitting each other and others crying and the teacher paying no mind to them . One time I witnessed a teacher pinch a little girl that wasn’t in her class and was coming into her room . All this was brought to the previous director and all I was told was that teachers were going to be coached and trained. Now my son is with the 3 year olds and a new teacher came along . Last week on Thursday when I was dropping him off she pulled him to try to get him to sit down . I grabbed him and took him home . Today when I was dropping him off there were kids fighting under the cubbies crying and she was just sitting at the desk like nothing was going on . I left my son and as I closed the door noticed he was walking towards it . I decided to stay and listen, if he cried I was just going to take him back . He started crying a little then suddenly I hear the teacher screaming. She yelled (you’re not going to scream at me today ) and my son started crying a bit louder . I waked back in and my son told me he wanted to go home . I confronted the teacher and she denied screaming when I clearly heard her . Now I’m waiting to speak to director. Some of these teachers are in the wrong profession.

  I absolutely love this daycare. My kids are so happy here, they are learning so much, becoming more social. The teachers are awesome and love the kids. They take care of your family as if it was theirs. I recommend this school for all families. Great job! Silverlake Kindercare

  I love KinderCare, I put my three year old in school in December and he has learned so much since being there. All of his teachers and everyone that works there is so loving and welcoming my son loves them he even tells me he wants to go to daycare. Which is rare for a three year old.

  Great staff. Two of our kids went to KLC. I pass 10 centers to go there. Highly recommend the baby room. They take care of our babies.
