  I couldn’t believe how dirty my child was when I picked her up, granted I saw other kids with snotty noses and dirty clothes on other days and while the asst director was very professional those teachers were rude and didn’t understand the issues Yall lost one tho

  The teachers are rude to children and push them around. They also barely feed the children any snacks nor do they keep them hydrated at ALL. They lie to parents about how their child is being cared for. My son also tells me how mean they are and he came home with finger print bruises one day. Not very professional or a good place for you kids. Steer clear of sliverlake KinderCare.

  I have had great success with this location. I have had both my children in the center since 3 months old (they are now 3 and 5). They are very accommodating and very good with my boys. The director and assistant director are amazing, they have both been with the center a long time. The director was a former assistant director at this location and the current assistant director was the former 4-yr old teacher at the center. Above that, they have great hours and i never feel like i can't just drop by anytime (and often i do). Highly recommended by a satisfied parent of 2 boys.

  My son has been here since he was 6 months old. The center had always been very clean and the teachers are super fantastic! They treat the kids like they are their own children. I fully trust the teachers and Director (Ashley) with him. If your looking for a reliable, Dependable, stress-free atmosphere, with nurturing faces to care for them! Then look no further. The best and only place I recommend to take your children... Tell them Natalie sent ya!!

  Broke my son's heart.. We got with them early in the year (2015) to have a place for our son (5 years old) to get comfortable in preparation for Kindergarten. We were made promises that they could take him to and from school in the mornings so we trusted them in taking this responsibility. We paid for him to go throughout the remainder of the semester in spring and through summer because we didn't want him to feel like he was with strangers and wanted him to bond with the teachers and faculty. Well he did and I have to say the teacher Mrs Luly was great. However, at the beginning of Summer before the new school year started we inquired with Mrs Nicole to ensure they would hold their commitment and she said that of course they would. As we got closer to the school year we spoke with Mrs Ashley and she stated there was no way she could do that route and that Kindercare doesn't do before school care with that particular school which was contrary to what we were told by Mrs Nicole. We inquired with Mrs Nicole about Ms Ashley's comments and Ms Nicole reassured us they could do the route. Later down the line she started to back track and stated she was waiting to speak with the school, that they were not open as of yet. This was a lie as I personally had attended the schools orientation program and faculty had been back in preparation for the school year 2 weeks prior. Then they continued to lead us on ensuring us they were going to run the route and check with the school. 1 week before school started they still hadn't run the route. Well Ms Nicole said they did, but Ms Ashley said they didn't. Once we put them on the spot and had them in the same office they still tried to lead us on with an $80 deposit they will hold our spot for when they hire a new driver. That was also a lie because they didn't even have an extra bus for the new driver. Then after everything else, they come back and say they forgot to charge us for something and we owed them $100! This was after I had to drop $600 on registration fees for another daycare. That was nothing compared to the emotional distress my son experienced because he had grown acustom to the school, and we suddenly had to switch daycares. Every time we drive by he remembers the school and all the friends he made that he will no longer know or see. It was definetly a Bait and Switch situation in which they made false promises to keep us strung along for payments. I can only hope these companies would put the children's feelings before a profit. On a side note, Mrs Luly was a great teacher and I hope she does well.
