My daughter attended here for after school pick up. Her account was paid up to cover the fees for remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. Once I brought it to the front desk’s attention, they said not to worry and once she was unenrolled, I would receive a check for the over paid balance in the mail.
Months go by (from the end of May to August) and still nothing in the mail. We moved so I called to make sure that the facility had the correct address and they did and insured me that a check was in the mail en route to me. A couple of weeks go by, still no check. I call back and they pretended to be just as confused so they claimed to have placed a stopped payment and reissued the check. Another week goes by, still nothing.
Fast forward, now every time I call someone will always supposedly call me back because the person who handles this just conveniently stepped out or they need to see what’s going on. I reached out this morning and requested an itemized copy of my account information so that I can take it a step further, and I still haven’t received anything. My question is, why isn’t the same urgency given as when the tuition is due.

The Primrose School of West Pearland has been really good for my family. We have two kids attending both starting in the infant room. I love that some of the same teachers have cared for both of my kids who are two years apart. The staff and the teachers are great. My kids love them! Just this morning my daughter ran straight to Mrs. Maria when I dropped her off (which makes drop offs easier for all of us). My son in the prek class just placed 6-7 months ahead on the STAAR test thanks to his preschool 3 experience. My 2 year can count in Spanish (and English of course 😊). They learned sign language as well.
My favorite thing about Primrose is the focus on character development. Primrose reinforces what I try to instill in my kids- how to be a good friend, citizenship, respect for self and others, courage, patience, generosity and more. I also love that there’s multiple opportunities throughout the year for parents to visit our kids in the classroom. My kids love cookie Friday and splash pad days in the summer. I could go on and on but in summary we love Primrose!

My oldest son started at Primrose WP when he was 3, and absolutely enjoyed it, now part of Explorers program. Soon after, his little brother joined when he also turned 3. The transition from being home, to now preschool was tough, but his wonderful teacher made it smooth. He enjoys his class, the activities, the teachers! The before and after school transportation and activities for explorers is also amazing. Explorers program in general is really good and educational. My oldest child truly enjoys it whenever AISD is closed and they go to Primrose for the day or their summer program. The front staff have always been welcoming, and never hesitates to mention any concerns or questions for us. Keep up the great work!

My son has been going to this daycare for the last few months. He has never been to daycare so I was a nervous wreck but they are so wonderful to him that I know he is in the best possible hands. I love their curriculum and how/what they teach. Healthy food and lots of playtime outside! They cater to military families and we are so thankful for that! My son would rather be at "school" than home! 10/10 recommend!
