  I love how engaged the staff is. 1 month and my son is learning Spanish 1.5 months he's using the words he's learned. Amazing teachers and even amazing director. Thank you guys for making us feel like family 😄🙏🏾

  We chose this daycare expecting a safe and well-managed environment, but unfortunately our experience did not meet those expectations. While we appreciated the app communication and receiving photos, we ultimately did not feel we could trust our child’s safety here. The classroom environment appeared chaotic, and many of the children demonstrated ongoing behavioral issues. Our son began using inappropriate language that he had never used before. More concerning, he told us that a teacher spanked him after he had an accident. When this was brought to the administration’s attention, we were told it was likely mimicked behavior based on something another child said. While we tried to accept this explanation, it did not fully add up to us. On a separate occasion, our son reported being slapped by another child. Although we were told the other child was disciplined, we never received any formal incident report. The facility does not have cameras, which made it difficult to feel confident in how situations were being handled. We also observed police present at the facility during pickup on one occasion, which was alarming. Additionally, a new director was assigned without any communication to parents. We have since moved our son to another daycare with camera access and feel much more comfortable. Given this center’s reputation, we expected significantly better communication, supervision, and overall care.

  I went in to tour this center today, Mrs. Heather the director, was so informative and welcoming. The center was very clean and you can see the work she has put in, and the teachers were all very welcoming as well, the kids looked happy and clean. I can’t wait for my child to start and see all the updates through the app throughout the day.

  This center has truly turned around under the new director’s leadership! You can feel the positive changes from the moment you walk in — it’s clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff seem happier, communication with families has improved, and there’s a clear focus on the children’s growth and well-being. It’s clear she genuinely cares about both the children and her team. I couldn’t be happier with the progress and highly recommend this center to any family looking for quality care!

  I wouldn’t recommend bringing your children here. My daughters (toddler & 3 year old) started here in February. Since then they have had very drastic behavioral changes. The poor children here can not bring in their own snacks or their own drinks because the staff doesn’t want to pay attention and do their job correctly. My kids have learned nothing from here but to be rude & disrespectful. Not saying they don’t have their good days but overall the teachers and staff are not very welcoming to the children or parents. There are a very few great teachers but the bad out weighs the good. Would not recommend enrolling your children here. If the teachers don’t like you they will treat your children horribly and out cast them. I just feel like they don’t do a very good job supervising the children, or love them, and are not very attentive to their needs and wellbeing like they should be. Kids are not structured & not fed or treated very well. Teachers are always in a bad mood. Just not a very loving or safe place for babies. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this is not the place for your kids… Thumbs down 👎🏽
