  I had a wonderful experience at Xcellerated Nurse Aide Training in Odessa, Texas. The biggest highlight of the program is the instructor, Ms. Lisa. She is absolutely one of the greatest instructors I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and genuinely cares about every student’s success. Ms. Lisa takes the time to explain skills clearly, answers questions without judgment, and makes sure everyone feels confident before moving forward. You can tell she truly wants her students to succeed—not just pass, but become great CNAs. I highly recommend Xcellerated Nurse Aide Training to anyone looking for a quality CNA program in Odessa. If you’re serious about healthcare and want an instructor who truly invests in her students, this is the place to go.

  Instructor Lisa Handy is exceptional. She is patient, encouraging, and explains concepts in a way that is easy to understand and remember. Her hands-on teaching style, professionalism, and passion for healthcare make learning both effective and enjoyable.   I did the accelerated nursing program and had a really good experience. The pace is honestly great not too fast, not dragged out and it works well for different learning speeds. It felt manageable the whole time. Also Ms. Lisa is AMAZING. She genuinely cares, is super supportive, and makes a huge difference. I’m really glad I chose this program.
