  Our family has experienced several daycares, and Primrose has been the best by far! From day one, the transparency and positive energy from the staff have been outstanding. My child has not always been the most excited about going to school, but now he’s actually sad when he can’t go every day. The entire team is so welcoming and wonderful with him. The moment we walk into the building, we’re greeted with nothing but positive energy and warm smiles. At other schools, it would take months for my child to adjust, and he would still sometimes be upset about going. At Primrose, it took only about a week for him to settle in. Now he walks in excited and barely says goodbye to me anymore! The teachers are always engaged, and we receive constant Procare updates throughout the day so we know how he’s doing. His vocabulary is expanding, and we’re seeing nothing but happy smiles from our little guy. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you for making Primrose a place my child truly enjoys and looks forward to every day!

  What an amazing school Primrose School of Melissa is! My daughter loves it. She loves the lessons, the teachers and the amazing playground they have. Highly recommend it

  We’ve had an excellent experience with Primrose School of Melissa from the very beginning. From our first inquiry, even before the school officially opened, Ms. Ashley and Ms. Faith set the standard with their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. Since opening, we’ve been consistently impressed by their dedication to excellence, attention to detail, thoughtful leadership, and the warm, welcoming environment they’ve created. That same level of excellence extends into the classroom with an incredible teacher, Ms. Stephanie, who has been phenomenal from day one. Her care, communication, and commitment to each child’s learning and development truly stand out. As parents with high expectations for a strong learning environment, we can confidently say the staff has exceeded every expectation so far. Their willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched. With childcare options continuing to grow in the area, look no further than Primrose School of Melissa—you won’t be disappointed!

  We have had a truly wonderful experience with Primrose Schools! Our daughter has been enrolled from 3 months old to now over 2 years old at the Richardson location, and we are so excited to continue our journey at the new Melissa location. Watching her grow has been incredibly rewarding, and so much of that is thanks to the nurturing teachers and the thoughtful Primrose curriculum. She has grown into a confident, curious toddler with a growing vocabulary and a genuine love for learning. We have complete trust that Dr. Zehra Chawla and Syed Ali are bringing the same care, dedication, and high standards to this new location, and we wholeheartedly recommend this school to any family looking for exceptional childcare and early education!
