- PJPhire JohnsonNov 17, 20252.0Had a tour for 12 today and I went well at least try to go tour the place but unfortunately they left a bad interest in me. First they don't have a door bell or anything for you to ring to get let in. I tried calling the daycare 4 times and no answer. If my child was here I would be overly concerned of no phone calls being answered if I call to check on my child. Then I even got a text form someone saying they will help me with my tour and they didn't answer either. Very unprofessional and very concerning of how you guys don't answer the phone. Even looking through the doors I couldn't see anyone it was like everyone was gone but cars in parking lot again very scary looking situation. I'll find something else

These people are phenomenal🤏🏾💋❤️ if I can give a bad review to other organizations, most certainly I can leave a positive review.. then I wasn’t lead to give a review by staff for gain and control of the companies expertise and performance. If you want a caring, nurturing, clean facility , bring your children/child here. I’m a parent that has previous traumatic experiences with daycares and this place just broke that anxiety. Thank you Kindercare for taking care of our little ones during the time of need..❤️
