  Had a tour for 12 today and I went well at least try to go tour the place but unfortunately they left a bad interest in me. First they don't have a door bell or anything for you to ring to get let in. I tried calling the daycare 4 times and no answer. If my child was here I would be overly concerned of no phone calls being answered if I call to check on my child. Then I even got a text form someone saying they will help me with my tour and they didn't answer either. Very unprofessional and very concerning of how you guys don't answer the phone. Even looking through the doors I couldn't see anyone it was like everyone was gone but cars in parking lot again very scary looking situation. I'll find something else

  What can I say. These people are phenomenal🤏🏾💋❤️ if I can give a bad review to other organizations, most certainly I can leave a positive review.. then I wasn’t lead to give a review by staff for gain and control of the companies expertise and performance. If you want a caring, nurturing, clean facility , bring your children/child here. I’m a parent that has previous traumatic experiences with daycares and this place just broke that anxiety. Thank you Kindercare for taking care of our little ones during the time of need..❤️

  This location is gorgeous! But what sets it apart from every other school is the director. Ms. Devonna is so fun, caring, and creative! She truly cares about all of her KinderCare babies and their families. My own babies will forever remember the wonderful years spent with her. There truly is no better person to run such a beautiful school.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Melissa KinderCare! From day one, the staff has made us feel like part of the KinderCare family. Our child absolutely loves going every day and is thriving in such a nurturing, engaging environment. The staff at Melissa KinderCare are truly exceptional—always kind, attentive, and highly professional. One instructor in particular, Ms. Jennifer, made a lasting impression. Her warmth, consistency, and genuine care—combined with her attention to detail and the meticulous care she provides to each child—are truly remarkable. I was moreso moved by how deeply she connects with the kids and how thoughtfully she guides their learning. It’s clear that the children benefit immensely from the knowledge and compassion she brings into the classroom every day. We’re so thankful for the strong, positive connection she’s built with our little one. The communication from the school is also top-notch—we get daily updates that keep us informed and connected. It’s such a relief to know our child is not only safe but also happy and learning every day. We’ve seen so much growth in our little one—socially, emotionally, and academically—and it’s all thanks to the thoughtful curriculum and incredible staff. Thank you to the amazing team at Melissa KinderCare, and a very special thank you to Ms. Jennifer. Your dedication and heart make all the difference. We are so grateful!

  As a father of three young girls, it’s incredibly important to me to know exactly who’s caring for my children—and if there’s anyone we’d wholeheartedly recommend in this area, it’s Miss Jennifer. While I’m at work, I can truly have peace of mind knowing my daughters are in great hands. This is the first daycare where my kids actually come home excited to share their day with us. They light up talking about their time with Miss Jennifer and can’t wait to see what she has planned next. My wife and I are beyond thankful for the care, kindness, and genuine love she provides. Miss Jennifer, thank you for all that you do. We give you a 1000/10!
