  Our daughter has been attending Xplor for almost 6 months, and we could not be happier. We came from another local daycare where we'd had a few issues and were nervous about enrolling her in a new place. From day one, she walked right in and felt comfortable and confident. She started in Ms. Naga's class and is now in Ms. Tamia's class and both teachers are excellent. I've also been impressed that other teachers recognize, greet, and engage with MacKenzie every day when we drop her off or pick her up. They really helped her transition and make friends and are great at keeping us looped into her behaviors. They're quick to highlight when she's doing well but also have a great way of letting us know when she needs a little more support from us. I've really appreciated how they've kept us informed on how she treats her friends, how much she eats (or in our case doesn't eat) at lunch, and her engagement overall. She comes home telling us about her friends and what they did each day and she is always eager to share about the Spanish words she's learning (and corrects my pronunciation confidently). We feel really grateful to have her at Xplor and for Ms. Naga and Ms. Mia.

  Both my littles attend Xplor Mckinney. My son has been there from 7 months old and is now 3. He loves it. We have watched him learn so much while also feeling loved and having fun. The teachers have been amazing. Ms. Kayla, Ma. Belle and Ms. Shaista are wonderful with my daughter (1yo). They love on her, she loves them and she’s learning so much. By 17 months she knows songs, shapes and counts a little. My son is having a blast with Ms. Heaven, Ms. Yamila and Mr. Ethan. They make a fun learning environment for him. The teachers have been there from when my 3yo was 1 to now with my daughter. The office staff are great as well. It’s nice knowing my littles are in good hands while we are at work.

  We love Xplor! We have been going there for the past 4.5 years. Our kids love going - they are loved and taken care of - all of the staff are so helpful and kind. Highly recommend. We truly love all of the staff - a special shout out to Ms. Yamila, Ms. Heaven, Ms. Pam, Ms. Nelke, Ms. Megan, Mr. Chris, Ms. Belle, and Ms. Shaista. Each of these teachers have gone above and beyond to help my kids feel loved and safe.

  (I am writing this review as a former parent and employee.) Teacher turnover rate is abysmal-they leave constantly. Teachers were constantly turned around to different classrooms, out sick, or just plain didn't show up. The director refused to help or sit in for teachers when they were absent and didn't like to send children home even when they were very clearly ill. The preschool principal role has a terrible turnover rate as well. There are good teachers, good facilities, but the potential here is sadly wasted. It would be one of the best preschools in the area if they could keep teachers. The school age program is much better and handled by a perfect professional-that is my only recommendation for this place.
