The staff was consistently communicative and kept us well informed about our child’s day, which gave us great peace of mind. Everyone we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Most importantly, our toddler always came home happy and safe - we never had a single incident or injury, which meant so much to us as parents. It’s clear that the teachers and staff truly prioritize the children’s well-being and create a nurturing environment. Transitioning our second child into a care facility so early was a bit stressful but they have been patient with us as parents learning how to properly label and communicate our child's needs.
