  Primrose has been amazing since I enrolled my son here! If you’re unsure to enroll your child, you won’t regret doing so. I was always skeptical about daycares, but they have made such a difference in my son’s development who is 17 months right now. He’s been here since he was a little less than 11 months. Nothing but positive things to say about the director and the teachers here. My son eats more thanks to them too and he’s a known picky eater at home! Great staff, my son is excited to come everyday.

  Primrose Daycare has exceeded our expectations. The teachers are patient, loving, and very communicative. We appreciate the structured curriculum, the focus on social and emotional development, and the safe, well-organized facility. Our child is happy, learning, and excited to go each day, which says everything.

  I am so grateful for all of the teachers at Primrose North Mason Creek. Putting my son in daycare for the first time was so nerve wrecking and the teachers, staff, and Mrs. Cookie have made this experience so awesome for us. This school has been very instrumental in my son's growth. Before he turned 2 years old, he already knew his ABC's / 123's and could recognize objects as I pointed to them. The curriculum sincerely nutures your child's growth so much. Being at Primrose is the best decision I could've made for my son's future. Thank you Primrose North Mason Creek for all that you all do to make this experience amazing!

  Very disappointed with Primrose. Our child has been at Primrose for 8 months and is now 14 months old. There has been an escalating biting problem in the room he is currently in. He has been bitten more than 7 times in the past 2 months. 3 of those occurrences occurred this week, 2 of which have left wounds in his back. They are currently doing nothing about this. We were told after the second time this week the biter would be sent home, yet he now has a third bite today. Cookie, the director at Primrose has a good way of trying to smooth over these types of situations. However, most of the time she gets the details wrong because she doesn't actually know what's going on there. She will make up a nice sounding story and lie to your face. We have decided to remove our child from the day care since they won't get rid of the biter. Be warned of you are bringing your young toddlers there now, they have a good chance of being bit. Worst part of this is the last bite left the largest mark and we did not recieve any notification that it had occurred. This means either they did not notice my son screaming and crying while another child was biting him or they didn't want to tell me.
