  We have been at Primose Fall Creek for less than a year and it was been wonderful for my little one. He still struggles with drop offs at times but calms down quickly. The staff at Primose is so kind, attentive and hardworking. I know my son is safe and in good hands and I could not have asked for a better school for him. The staff at the front desk are always so nice and remember everyone’s names which makes my son feel really special. My son’s teacher, Ms. Phillips in Pre-K 1, has always made him feel really comfortable in class. She is so gentle, patient, encouraging and definitely has been a huge reason for my son’s success and enjoyment at Primose! He always comes home smiling and says he had a great day regardless of how his morning went. We love you Ms. Phillips!! Special shout out to other teachers at Primose who have made a huge impact on our family: Ms. Williams, Ms. Goins and Ms. Mercado in the Preschool class; Ms. Khan and Ms. Miller in Pre-K 2 class!

  My daughter Angela has been lucky to have Ms. Phillips as her teacher this year, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She is incredibly dedicated, patient, and always finds ways to make learning fun and meaningful. She creates a classroom environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow both academically and personally. Ms. Phillips is also very communicative with parents and keeps us updated on our child’s progress. We highly recommend Ms. Phillips!

  My 2 daughters have been attending Primrose at Fall Creek since they were infants and are now 2.5 and 5. We love all of the teachers and front office staff at the school. Everyone is very friendly and my girls learn so much from them.

  Pros: This childcare is beautiful and (some)of the teachers are passionate. Cons: There are a lot of unhappy teachers at this facility. The office staff treat the teachers very poorly and make their work environment stressful. The office have no idea what goes on in the class rooms nor do they care even if it's an emergency. Teachers gossip about each other, the parents and the children. The office is good at putting on a front when the parents or owners come in but in actuality DO NOT CARE! All the children is a $ sign to them. It's not fair to hear grown adults speak of a child in a negative and judgemental manner especially if they have behavior issues. Again this place looks nice but I rather send my child to a school that has passionate staff and teachers who genuinely care. Not grown adults having relations and making fun of parents and their children.
