My daughter went to this daycare for 8 months, and my experience was amazing! I will highly recommend to anyone around Spring Branch, I have to pick a different location because I moved, but if I ever back close to Spring Branch for sure I’ll come back! Principal Ms.Crystal was always very communicative and welcoming with all the parents!

41 yr-old; Mom of 3 children.
I was actually having a countdown to when I was removing my daughter from this center.
First: the director barely is in her office. She’s also very unprofessional. Every single time she did greet me, she sarcastically always addressed me as “Sweetie” and even called me “Babygirl” one time; which is very very unprofessional for a school-like childcare establishment , I’m a 41yr old woman.
-Everytime you walk in, there’s no one to greet you once parents walk through the doors, which is very, very unappealing. It’s just very dim and that’s it. Horrible because we are leaving our kids here so we need to feel comfortable every single time we walk through those doors.
-The drive-way structurally is very inconvenient. No matter if the line is long or not, parents have to wait until the car in front moves, which is horrible because no parent should have to feel rushed either dropping off or picking up their child(ren). Hopefully no one was ever late for work because that’s ridiculous.
-In the morning, for the infant, toddler room there are only 2 women there (even tho they are nice)the ladies barely speak & understand English!! How are we suppose to communicate in regards to our child with employees that aren’t fully bilingual!!!.
-Also, the director does not check messages that parents message her; one time she sarcastically told me “ohh, I didn’t see it” smh smh when I messaged the teacher & Krystal in regards to wanting to know how my daughter made out due to a fussy ordeal the day before.
-Also the baby toys look very old, dated & dirty. They don’t even look sanitized whatsoever. Definite lack of toys for the kids. The few toys are horrible. The backyard equipment also.
-The only PRO I can say would be, for birthdays the parties are cute & that’s it. And in the app the center update the parents on your child’s feedings, diaper changes etc
-The infant & toddler rooms are very small.
-Backyard/playground is small
-No one greets you upon arrival. You walk in & no one is there almost every morning, 99% of the time.
-This location needs to be re-modeled badly!!! Interior & the exterior.
**I found a new daycare for my daughter. Well-lit up. Teacher/child ratio is great. And the rooms are bigger, they’re always people at the front desk to pleasantly & professionally greet every parent coming in & going out!!! I love it! And mind you, they’re even cheaper price-wise. It’s like an actual school-like setting. Very professional & they’re a lot of employees also that are very friendly & speak fluently well/bilingual. Now, that’s how you run a child care. Kindercare does not live up to their name whatsoever; well, the Spring Branch location does not.

My daughter went here five years ago and has now told me about the bullying that was done to her by the staff there. The staff didn’t just bully my child, but all the children there. They would make fun of the children throughout the day. Don’t think about bringing your children here. I’m heart broken to say that my child is now scarred from the abuse that occurred to her there as a toddler.

I did not have time to write the review before , but here i will write my experience in this day care:
• My daughter was bitten more than 4 times and any of the teachers ever ever reported something or saw somthing.( what they are doing then?) I even talked to the director many times and her response was: "thank you for letting us know mama"
• She got 3 scratches and again NOBODY saw something, and when i ask the assistant of the director she said : it could be than one of the teachers grab her to move her to another place. I've been carry and grabing my daughter since she was born and i never ever hurt her.
• They were not higienic at all, her zipicup was filled with water and some stuff inside her water, you can even walk to the room and check were they have their zippicups and there are even flies around them
• She got an upset stomach and it does not matter than i told them not to give her sugar, or anything else besides her food, i pickup and she was eating the frosted from a cupcake
• She was sick and with fever and they took her out to play with no sweeter at all, and when i picked her up and i asked if she playes outsides they said yes, and i told the assistant of the director: "even you are wearing sweeter here i side the school" imagine her beeing a baby with no sweeter outside.
• When i picked her once she was all wet with pee.
• I troed many times to talked to the director and she never return my calls until i got to see her in her office, and the only thing she told me; " thank you for letting us kbow mama"
I do not recommend this day care at all, because the people that take care of my daughter maybe are not bad people but they do not have the vocation to take care of them, and this daycare is expensive, and again they were not taking care of animals, they were taking care of my daugther. And yes i cried more than once because i was frustrated thinking that somebody was not treating my baby good.
I have to say as well that there was only 1 person that my baby used to like at that day care, but she was only with her for 1:30 hrs in the morning.
I'm so sorry but this is nothing but the truth.
