  We love Primrose of Westchase. The staff are kind and informative. Our kids greatly enjoy their time there.

  Our daughter’s been attending Primrose Westchase since she was just 5 months old. From the very beginning, the staff has shown so much love, patience, and genuine care for her. We’ve always felt peace of mind knowing she is in such a safe and nurturing environment. Communication with parents is very good, and we always feel included in her progress and daily activities. We are so grateful for the wonderful foundation this school has given our daughter, and we couldn’t ask for a better place for her early years

  While the teachers are incredibly warm and loving (especially the younger ages), we ultimately withdrew our two children because we lost confidence and trust in the leadership.

  We had an AWFUL experience at this school, specifically the infant room. My son would be hoarse from crying all day, and when I asked the teachers about it, I was told "he didn't cry more than a normal baby". I saw my own child, as well as other babies, falling asleep on the floor on multiple occasions. We repeatedly asked our son be put in a sleep sack to sleep, and we witnessed this was not the case numerous times. We were consistently told he was not a good sleeper, and that he could only soothe himself to sleep on the floor. We did not experience this at home, nor at his current daycare. Teachers were not forthcoming with information, and I didn't seem the engaging the children. There was very little in the way of stimulating toys (we were told they would not use play mats)/ Front desk staff is responsive when you call and they answer, but did not return voicemails (in my sons time there, I left 2 and did not a return call). I asked to speak to the owner several times, and was always sent to the director instead - she was responsive, but we did not feel the classroom activities reflected the promises we were made for curriculum and caring environment. When we found another daycare, I offered to share my concerns via email with the owner, but received no response. I would NEVER send my child to this school, nor would I recommend it. Through our other child and moving, we've sent our children to 2 other daycares in Houston and have been pleased.
