Our son was enrolled here for less than a month, just 13 total days. Within that short period, we documented 4 separate days of serious care concerns, which meet the threshold for neglect based on state standards. That’s nearly 1 in every 4 days (30.7% to be exact from 4 of 13). This is not based on opinion. This is based on their own logs, timestamps, recorded data, and sending a bottle home that they supposedly logged and fed our son with. Day 1 of Recorded Neglect * We dropped off 4 bottles * The app logged 3 bottles given * We were sent home with 2 bottles * That leaves 1 bottle completely unaccounted for * We dropped him off at 8:22 and picked up 4:20. Which means one of the bottles was falsified and he had a longer than state minimum standard between a bottle or a snack. By adding what he had before Day care, the two bottles and pouch at Day care, the after day care subtraction of the false log he was 18oz, and should have been in the 22-24oz range to be on pace for his daily average. This paired with the below is entirely unacceptable. Day 2 of Recorded Neglect * 4 hours without a diaper change 11:06- 3:06 with no nap that would have prevented this during and bit of the 2.5-4 hour window) * Again developed a rash * This directly violates the states standard of 3 hours. (no nap interfered with this window) * Bottle feedings were logged at 8:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 3:00 PM * Food was logged at 10:00 AM (half pouch) and 11:30 AM (lunch pouch) * Naps were logged from 8:51–9:40 AM and 12:13–1:05 PM * This means no nap prevented timely feeding * There was still a 3.5-hour gap between feedings * For an infant who normally eats every 2 to 2.5 hours, this is a serious concern Day 3 of Recorded Neglect * Last diaper change logged at 12:00 PM * Child woke from nap at 12:37- 3:00 PM * Not picked up until 4:16 PM * 1 hour 16 minutes awake with no diaper change * Returned home with waste dried on his skin Day 4 of Recorded Neglect * Documented an almost 3.5-hour gap with no diaper change * No naps interfered with changing windows again. This is not a minor discrepancy, this is a direct inconsistency in care records. When basic care like diapering and feeding is inconsistent, that’s already concerning.
But when the documentation itself cannot be trusted, it raises a much bigger question: What is actually happening throughout the day that isn’t being recorded accurately? We’re sharing this so other parents can make informed decisions.

Great school! The staff members are consistently helpful and caring, and the facilities are exceptionally well-maintained. Since enrolling, my daughter's personal behavior and development have improved significantly. We are very grateful for the dedicated efforts of the faculty and the positive impact the school has made on her growth.

Our son attended Primrose for the past 2.5 years, and we had a very positive experience. We really appreciated how much he learned during his time there, as well as the many opportunities for parent engagement that helped us stay connected to the school community. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and supportive to our family. We’re grateful for the care and dedication shown throughout these important early years.

My child attended this daycare. We were not pleased with the service nor the communication among the staff. That being said our time here was brief. Way too superficial environment and we weren't allowed to go beyond a certain area to observe. Very dismissive. What are they hiding? Understaffed? Lack of proper nurture and or supervision? Not following hygienic protocols? In times like these our young children need to be closely watched. We placed our child in a facility where all of us are pleased. The staff is down to earth to all not just selective few :)

As a father who has recently moved to US from abroad, it was very hard to find a suitable school for my daughter providing that she was only 3 years old and English is not her mother tongue language. We decided to enroll her into Primrose school after a thorough research and consideration. It was very difficult for Zuwainah to adjust to the new environment, new culture, new people speaking different language than her. It took almost 4 weeks until Zuwainah started to accept and adjust to the new atmosphere, but the teachers were so kind, patient and very professional in dealing with Zuwainah. They have provided all the support that Zuwainah may have needed in every way possible. Now after almost 11 months, Zuwainah has learned so much and I’m totally happy about the level she has reached in such a short time. I would like to thank the entire staff for taking care of Zuwainah in a very pleasant and homely atmosphere.
