We toured the facility on December 2024 and it went great. They took the time to walk us around the place and they even had a welcome sign with our daughter's name, which was sweet. However, when we decided to enroll her in May 2025, we only had an orientation with the director. There was zero preparation for our 2 year old toddler first time separation process. In fact, we were expected to drop off our toddler the first day without even meeting her teacher. Dropping off my toddler with a complete stranger is not acceptable. The cherry on top is that the supporting teacher that was in the classroom when we were dropping off my toddler on the first day advised us to sneak out on her. Research shows that sneaking up on children increases their separation anxiety. This establishment did not offered any support during this critical transition for my daughter and hence, we unenrolled her after her second day. The teachers seemed sweet, but I think the establishment prioritizes profit and enrollment figures over psychological safety and the well being of babies that are going under critical development milestones. I would not recommend this place and we did not trust that our daughter was safe there. Apart from that, the front desk lady was really rude.

We've had the BEST experience with Primrose at the Galleria for our son! The team is exceptional - from the administrators (Ms. Linda, Ms. Lynn, Ms. Annette, and Ms. Deysi), to the owners (Alex and Bash), to the teachers (Ms. Sandra, Ms. Donna, Ms. Evette, and Ms. Destiny in the Infants class and Ms. Karlyn and Ms. Arielle in the Young Toddlers Class). I love that our child is getting top notch care from a well known brand (Primrose) but it feels like a family! The owner Alex is always there and extremely helpful and friendly, and you can see that culture pervasive through the place! It's really tough for two working parents with little babies, and finding quality care you can trust with hours that work for working parents is very rare. I am so impressed with how the place is run and how loving the entire staff is with the kids! Highly recommended!!!

Could not recommend them more. Every member of the staff here is welcoming, kind, and fully vested in each child individually. As a first time parent, it was imperative that I chose a school that my son Maxwell would thrive while I returned back to the workforce. Primrose has exceeded my expectations. The emphasis on curriculum with daily updates place my mind at ease. Job well done Primrose!
