  I am constantly amazed by how much my son and daughter love the before- and after-school program. We transferred from a different Primrose where the children were expected to sit most of the time and weren’t even allowed to talk at times. Since coming here, my kids are truly able to be kids they go outside, stay active, and still get the support they need with homework. The director Ms.Caitlin is absolutely amazing and made our transition so smooth from the very beginning. The staff and admin team always check in with us, and it truly means so much. We genuinely love everyone here. As a teacher myself, I have very high expectations and know exactly what to look for, and this team has exceeded them. My son no longer feels anxious and doesn’t mind staying longer, which speaks volumes. We are so grateful for this program and the entire team!

  This preschool demonstrates a high level of professionalism, compassion, and developmental expertise. As our son’s first educational experience, the staff has been exceptionally supportive in creating a nurturing and reassuring environment that eased his transition into school. They are attentive to each child’s individual needs and provide thoughtful, developmentally appropriate guidance while maintaining clear, collaborative, and respectful communication with families. Their commitment to supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth is evident, and it has made a meaningful difference in our child’s early learning experience.

  My 7 year old had never been to daycare so when I had another baby in January and had to send a newborn and a 2nd grader to daycare I was SO nervous and very picky. Just the first meeting with the team put my mind at so much ease. Shelby knew the answer to every question I had and did everything in her power to make sure my kids and I were comfortable and had a positive experience. I absolutely adored the teachers in my son’s newborn class and my daughter has really loved the after school experience. I love that I’m aware of every diaper change, bottle, and spit up as well as every time my daughter goes to the playground and back to her class. I never have to wonder where my kids are or what they are doing and the front desk was happy to let me speak to them or check in on them when I was nervously calling to see how they were adjusting. We love our Primrose crew!

  Taking your babies to a daycare is probably one of the most stressful things. We all just want to be able to stay home and spend time with our kids. Unfortunately that is not how it always works out. Thankfully we found Primrose School at Lakeshore. We went in for a tour and ALL of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! the owner also had stopped in and was nothing but kind and welcoming. The staff is great, and my kids absolutely love their school. We could not be happier with our decision. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone! Thank you Primrose staff for taking such great care of my sweet babies!
