  We absolutely love this preschool. The teachers are exceptional—so caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to each child’s growth—and the leadership team is just as impressive. You can feel how well the school is run the moment you walk in. We are incredibly thankful we found this place. While we wish we could have started sooner, we are so grateful to be here now and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive environment.

  We’ve had a wonderful experience so far with this school. The staff are incredibly caring and welcoming, and you can truly feel the positive environment as soon as you walk in. Ms. Ruby is absolutely amazing. After just one day, our son wouldn’t stop talking about her, which really speaks to the connection she made with him right away. That kind of warmth and genuine care means everything to us as parents. The curriculum is fantastic — thoughtful, engaging, and clearly designed with intention. We also really appreciate the regular updates through the app, which give us so much peace of mind throughout the day. The director, Ms. Tami, has been incredibly responsive and helpful from the very beginning. Communication overall has been excellent, and we always feel heard and supported. If we lived closer and it were a bit more affordable for our family, this school would truly be God-sent. We’re very grateful for the experience we’ve had here and highly recommend it!

  Pinebrook Kindercare has been an incredible part of our child's life, and we couldn't be more grateful for the positive impact they've had. From their thoughtfully designed curriculum and dedicated staff to the well-organized calendar and numerous fun events for parents and grandparents, everything is well-planned and executed. We were initially apprehensive, as we visited nine other childcare facilities before meeting Tami, the facilities manager. From the moment we walked into Pinebrook Kindercare, we knew it would be the right fit for our family. My spouse, in particular, was nervous about leaving our 3-month-old, but the team went above and beyond to ensure we both felt comfortable with the transition. They kept us updated regularly, and their support made all the difference. We are thrilled to announce that with another child on the way, Pinebrook Kindercare will be our childcare destination once again. We wholeheartedly recommend this amazing facility to anyone in need of reliable, caring childcare.

  We have two kiddos at this location. My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provide. The whole team works well together and that translates to the overall environment of the Center. Our little boy has made many friends in this KinderCare. He actually looks forward to going to school. Yes, I say school and not just a daycare. They have a structure that's similar to an actual school which gives children a path to learn and grow while keeping it fun. I think one of the best things that we really appreciate is that the Director and her team take communicating things to parents very seriously. For example, if some sort of sickness if going around the school, it is immediately reported via the KinderCare app and communicated to parents and caregivers. Overall, this KinderCare is probably one of the best around Houston. We have our one 1 year old here now, and our 5 year old will be graduating soon from here. If you live around this area, I would highly suggest you check this place out and your kid(s) will thank you.
