Even though my son is no longer there thank goodness.. i’ve seen 2 teachers outside of kindercare that used to work there and when i say they had NOTHING nice to say about this so called daycare they literally had every bad reason on to why NOT to bring your child here. My son used to get picked up with his nose runny all the time and he never has a runny nose he cried every time for drop off which hurt my heart and 1 time i walk in my son is drinking out of his bottle flat on his back, no pillow no support just hard ass floor not even on the carpet straight up tile! This place is dirty as hell and it smells all the time i haven’t been since my son left but after seeing not 1 but 2 teachers that told me the same thing BELIEVE THEM!

I don’t recommend anyone bringing their children here. The administration is literally uneducated. They clearly don’t know what “black ice” is and handling it as a natural disaster. How can they prepare our little ones for the world when they don’t educate themselves. Nevertheless the place is far from sanitary! Kids are entering healthy but coming home with pink eye, middle ear infections, rashes, sores, and bruises. When questioned about it they blame other children. My problem is if it’s other children why allow them to attend if they’re sick or have behavior issues that you guys can’t rectify.

I want to say thank you so much to Wallisville KinderCare. My granddaughter has been going there for 11 months now & I have never felt so at peace leaving in their care. The Monday morning returning back from the winter storm, I sat in my car awaiting a request after dropping her off and saw how the Director embraced every child with a hug and just showed how much she was actually excited to have them back at school. I know that week was very emotional for my family. Having the Director just embrace the children in a world that is so big on “social distance and stay away” means so much to me. Knowing that those children world is so normal again with hugs and just care when they go to school nearly brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Wallisville!!!!😘😊

I normally don't write reviews but I figured I would help out the next parent. My son has been going here since he was just about 2 years old. A total of almost 3 years. I absolutely loved everything about this daycare when he first started. The original director Mrs. Tammy and Mrs. Joanne were awesome, professional, very involved, always acknowledged all parents when coming in the building and held parents accountable for their child's growing experience with the center. Teachers updated child's progress in class from time to time and made the center feel family oriented. After Mrs. Tammy left (was promoted to another location), the daycare started going downhill. They replaced her with another director (I forgot her name, which is how irrelevant she was). Never acknowledged parents, or knew my child's name, and the only time she did was to discuss information on payments. After about 8 months- a year, the center replaced her with the current assistant director (Mrs. Michelle) and Director (Mrs. Tammica). Upon meeting Mrs. Michelle, I assumed she was the director because of how often I saw her and her acknowledgement of parents when coming in and out of the building, she was also very sweet. Ms. Tammica was hardly there. Despite the feeling of declination with the center, I chose to keep my child enrolled here because of convenience, location, and my son was comfortable with the other children and teachers. It was recently that I decided to enroll him in a preschool center at another location because I felt that my child wasn't learning here despite me working with him at home. I asked Mrs. Tammica one day, "what does my child specifically need to work on at home in conjunction with what he is learning at school?" Her response, "I don't know, I'm just the director". This response was very unprofessional to me. I feel that a director should always have an idea of the topics, and things that are going on in the classroom with the teachers and teachers should be reporting the things they are doing in the classroom. I understand that they are 150 or so children she is responsible for but she could've given a better answer than that. She stated she would have his teacher call me. Which she never did. I eventually ended up talking to his teacher a few days later only because I kept asking, and Mrs. Michelle took the initiative to allow her to speak with me. His teacher then informed me of the things she thinks my child can work on. I also feel as though this center does not offer convenient payment scheduling. They switch back and forth between weekly and monthly payments. For a few months it is weekly, then the next months for however long is monthly. They don't offer part time or bi-weekly payment options which would have been a little more convenient for my work schedule. The last and final straw was my child's last week here, and the Director tried deny my child access upon arrival even though I was not technically late on my payment and did make a payment the previous week (I called and verified with Kindercare Corporate Family Support Team). Therefore, my child should not have been told that he could not come into the building without making a payment before using the correct action steps. Overall, this center has had it's up's and downs. Hopefully this information is useful when making a decision.
