THIS IS BY THE WORST FACILITY I’VE BEEN TO IN TEXAS. First and foremost, it’s unprofessional, uncoordinated, and the staff is inconsistent. I’m very dissatisfied with the 3 days my son has attended this facility. Day one I advised them he’s never been to a facility before he was at a home daycare and the staff genuinely loved and cared for the kids where I’m from. I advised the staff my son is potty trained only using a pull up for naps. HE WET HIMSELF EVERYDAY FOR 3 DAYS according to staff. They would send a daily report and say my son ate food that I know he didn’t eat because I know what he eats. My son came home EXTREMELY hungry and thirsty everyday for 3 days because he wasn’t eating. Upon dropoff the look on the staff members face when we walked in was very displeasing almost as if they didn’t want to deal with him because he would cry when I left. & he did but he wasn’t used to them and the inconsistency of staff members won’t allow him to get used to them. I sent my son to daycare with 5 pull-ups for the week because he only needed one per day (which was for nap time) the 3rd day I sent him there with 4 pull-ups he came home with NO pull ups. And he had on a pull up under his boxer briefs and jeans. Not to mention the staff stated he wet his clothes outside on the playground. which is very abnormal for my son if you take him to the restroom when he says he have to go. The children should be toileted every 2 hours of not more frequently depending on the beverages offered. The director is NEVER there. And the staff members are not welcoming. This is the worst experience ever. I CRIED dropping my son off because I was scared to leave him in the care of complete strangers. They assured me he would be okay AMD HE WASNT. They don’t have cameras so you’re unable to check on your child during the day if you don’t pop up. They pretend to care about these kids and they don’t! We’re not from Texas and he’s been home with me since we moved here because I didn’t trust daycare providers considering the standards that were previously set back home. My son attended this facility for 3 days and will NOT go back. IF YOU’RE A MOTHER BEAR AS I AM … DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!! I wouldn’t give this facility a star at all but that’s not an option. DONT SEND YOUR BABIES TO THE TODDLER PROGRAM HERE ! I’m more upset with myself for going against my better judgement. Listen to your gut parents. This place is NOT THE ONE !

I must say Kindercare has been a huge blessing to me and my children. My son have been attending the Wallisville location since he was 1yrs old he is 3 now and my daughter have been there since she was three months old she will be 2 in December. This is the first daycare I have ever placed my children in and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The only issue I had was a loud mouth disrespectful parent who kept up so much drama every morning it seem like she wanted to fight Michelle or Tamica. Just no respect for the other parents nor the children.Other than that problem Kindercare is great they actually teach your children my son and daughter have learned so much from the teachers . I love the Kindercare team, they’re like family!
