I send my son to this school six months ago. Initially everything seems ok , yet I started paying attention to some the things they do made me uncomfortable. 1 . They are dishonest We received emails everyday that our son eats his food completely. We know my son is a picky eater and takes long time to finish his food. I know they are not responsible for my son behavior being picky eater, but they should have been honest with us . One day I drop my son around 11 am . I see they were preparing to serve lunch for the kids . 20 to 30 min later my wife called me as I am driving to work and told me she received email that explains our son eats all his lunch. I told her I just dropped him not too long ago. This confirmed the lie or dishonest. 2. Teachers high turnover rate and unwillingness to divulge information about teachers qualifications or experience . I am not sure if parents observing the high turnover rate of teachers. Yet I did observe it in my son class. I went to the manager office and try to get information about the teachers qualifications / experience and why they have high turnover rate and how \ where they recruit the teachers ………. The answer shocked me “ It’s confidential “ I was puzzled by the answer and ask myself how come I thrust and leave my son in a place where I have Zero information about the caretaker. Please Parents ask the management about the caretakers’ background, education or trainings , experience …… for the sake of your children safety and education 3 Teachers are not trained or don’t know to do brief observations or assessments of the children as they get dropped. They just mix them up whether they coughing, have runny nose, have large fever blisters on their lips……… By profession I am in healthcare. One day as I drop my son I saw another boy with large and fresh fever blister on the upper lip. “If you not familiar with it Fever blister is a common name for Herpes Type 1. It’s easily spreads by contact. Young children don’t usually have it , the get it from adults though lip kissing and transfer it through contact. “ After i drop my son , went to the manager office and informed her the situation, yet she was very defensive about it . I told her to google it and learn about it for future reference. However, I received a call from the school owner and the manager for an apology and promised to do better in the future. Honestly this incident and other things I shared made me realize that this people only have nice area , nice buildings, and nice furnitures , yet No substance to help my son . My son is now at Montessori school where is so happy , and I was provided all the information about the teachers credentials, experience, background, even information about other parents if choose to speak to them. I have nothing personal about the primrose school. It’s just something I observed and decided it’s not a good place for my son . I advise every parent to observe, ask questions, and see if it’s a right place for your children. In my opinion , Dishonesty and no transparency is a Red flag! Don’t be too impressed by what you see. Look beyond the surface. Our children deserve more, specially at early age If I can help one child through their parents by sharing my experiences, that would make me feel I saved a child . Good luck! Wishing you all parents the Best !

Primrose School of Upper Kirby has been such a special place for our family. Both of my daughters, Alexa and Chloe, absolutely loved their time there. From day one, the entire team made us feel welcome, and the care they provided to the children was always genuine and heartfelt. The admin team is amazing, they're super professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! The teachers are also truly wonderful—so patient, loving, and attentive to every child's needs. Chef Ben is another highlight! My girls wouldn’t stop talking about the delicious and healthy meals he prepared, which made me feel so reassured that they were eating well. What really stands out about Primrose is the sense of safety and responsibility. I always felt at ease knowing my daughters were in such capable hands. As a final point the school itself is always so clean and well-kept. The attention to cleanliness shows just how much they care about creating a safe and happy environment. We’re so grateful for all the love and care Alexa and Chloe (still there) received during their time at Primrose—it’s a place we’ll always hold dear in our hearts.

My child has been enrolled at Primrose for about a year now and we both have been really happy with that they have to offer. He is in preschool and he absolutely loves his teachers, Ms. Hunt, Ms. Jasmine, and Ms. Gaby. They’re really warm and inviting and my son comes home everyday to share what he’s learned. Also special shout-out to Ms. Emma who was his teacher in the past whom he loved so much and was so great with him! I think they provide a really structured and positive learning environment for the little ones to thrive in. The front office staff are amazing as well. Ms. Gabby, Ms. Diamond, Ms. Alondra, and Ms. Liz have all been so kind, professional, and helpful at all times. I personally don’t have a single complaint with the services my child and I have received here. Highly recommend!

I love Primrose. Leaving my 2 months baby there was hard for me at the beginning because he was so little, but the Infant teachers has been so good with him that I have no doubts he is in the best hands.
