Primrose School at the Galleria is an accredited daycare located in the Houston area that offers infant, toddler, preschool, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten programs. For over 40 years Primrose preschools has been a trusted household name and a nationally recognized daycare provider committed to forging a path that leads to a brighter future for all children.
This review is long overdue, and for that I apologize. But I've been having trouble putting into words just how amazing my daughter's experience during her three years at Primrose was.
Where to begin? The staff is incredible. The entire staff. Miss Linda, Miss Annette, Miss Lynn, and Miss Barbara, thank you for your patience with both me and my daughter. Talk about a group of people who are on top of everything. These ladies could run a Fortune 500 company.
My daughter had a several teachers over the years and they were all fantastic. The children interact with numerous teachers at the school, and every single one treated my daughter with love, dignity, and respect. And to be clear, these ladies are not babysitters, they are educators. There is a curriculum and developmental intent behind everything that happens at Primrose. I was not prepared for my 4 year old daughter to lecture me on the different phases of matter.
I must recognize both Miss Hunter and Miss Corrine, who drew the short straw from the universe and spent a year each with my daughter and helped mold her into a civilized human being. You ladies have the patience of Job and I have no earthly idea how you do what you do. You are both exceptional teachers and your students reflect that. My daughter misses you both a great deal.
I appreciate in this day and age the security measures in place to keep both the children and the staff safe. At no time did I ever worry about my daughter's safety.
I cannot overstate how lovely it is that I didn't need to pack food for my daughter, and not only that but also the fact that she got to eat a wide variety of delicious and nutritious foods. My daughter would only eat broccoli at Primrose because according to her it's the best broccoli in the world. The school always smelled great from the food the staff cooked every day.
Primrose does a great job doing events for the kids. Primrose parties are an absolute hoot. If there's anything better than when they start rolling out the infants and newborns in the cribs and strollers for Halloween, I haven't seen it.
My daughter is way ahead in her kindergarten class because of the education, attention, and care she received at Primrose. I am eternally grateful that she was able to spend her early childhood there.
If you're a parent, and you're reading this because you're searching for a place to entrust with the care of your child, the most precious thing to you, just know that your search is now over.
And finally, to Emma, Leeza, and Tapasya, if your parents ever read this, my daughter hasn't forgotten you and misses you a whole lot. She couldn't have asked for a better girl crew!

This daycare was truly our village away from home. Miss Linda is a spectacular director who knows every child by name and truly cares for each one. Miss Annette, with her warm smile and beautiful energy, always made us feel welcome. Miss Lynn and Miss Barbara are so caring and attentive, and the wonderful teachers, Miss Evette, Miss Madison, Miss Abril, Miss Angelica, Miss Issel, they are all amazing.
The communication with this daycare is outstanding, whether it’s with the management or the teachers. They always take the time to listen, keep you informed, and work with you in any situation. The facility is always super clean, and I always felt at peace knowing my son was safe, loved, and happy every single day.
They truly go above and beyond for the children and the families. Leaving is bittersweet because my son is starting school, but I will always be forever grateful for the love, care, and support they gave us. This is more than just a daycare, it’s a second home. ❤️

We absolutely love the teachers and staff at the Primrose Galleria. We were at a different location and the difference between the two was very evident. After transferring to the Galleria location, we saw improvement in our child's writing skills, reading comprehension and social skills. While joining an established class, many of his classmates were extremely well behaved and welcoming. Our teacher Ms. Hunter , truly has a passion for teaching and cares about all of her students. The administrative staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The director Ms. Linda, is well-organized and the communication to parents and throughout the day is great. We have been at 2 day care facilities before the Galleria and we couldn't be happier as our child heads into Kindergarten . I would highly recommend this location for any prospective families. We love it here and will miss all of the teachers , staff and friends.

Great place! The management is fantastic, and the teachers are truly wonderful. Honestly, I could write a whole book about our experience, but I’ll try to keep it short. I have all three of my kiddos here. My oldest started at Primrose when he was just 10 months old, and now he’s five and heading off to kindergarten. The owners here have really found the perfect blend of caring management and dedicated teachers. My kids absolutely thrive here, and I couldn’t be happier!
