Talk about being blessed! The team at Primrose Summerwood (Amanda, Bria & Mrs. Hampton) give the warmest greetings every morning when we show up with our 19 month old son. They knew him by name and always find ways to show that he's way more than "just another toddler." This is the type of front desk team that makes all of the difference. Peace of mind is really important to us and they leave us with no doubts of the hands we put our baby boy into on a daily basis.
His teacher, Mrs. Machado is the perfect blend of structure & care. I've never seen our son so well behaved and peeking into the classroom on day 2 proved just how much "he gets it." He's not afraid of her but he respects her deeply. This being his first out of home second environment, he cried the first week or so. Now, he blows us a kiss and is like "buh-byeeeee. See ya later!!!" It's pretty darn reassuring.
His other teacher, Maricela, is so sweet and caring, as well. Together, both provide a well-rounded balance of fun, learning and socialisation for the kids.
Again, we're super lucky to have this team available for Enzo's care and development. Highly recommended to anyone seeking the perfect daycare for beloved family. Thanks Primrose!!!

We began attending Primrose Summerwood when my second child was just two months old. Initially, I felt anxious, as my older daughter was transitioning from her previous school where she already had established friendships, and both of my children were starting at Primrose for the first time—one of them being a newborn.
From the very beginning, our experience was positive. The tour was welcoming, and Ms. Caitlin was exceptionally patient and thorough in answering all of our questions. We were also given the opportunity to observe the classrooms, which provided reassurance.
My school-aged daughter had an excellent first day. She came home happy, shared that she had a great day, and eagerly asked if she could return the next day because she enjoyed it so much. My two-month-old baby was pleasantly tired, which reflected the thoughtful engagement provided by the teachers through activities such as music, interaction, and age-appropriate lessons.
The infant teachers, particularly Ms. Benny, who is like a second grandmother, are incredibly nurturing. Ms. Karon, Ms. Stefanie, and Ms. Dianne are equally caring and attentive. I also appreciate that my older child completes her homework after school before playtime, as encouraged by Ms. Olivia—something I value greatly.
The school consistently provides timely updates and communicates effectively, ensuring that parents remain well-informed. We are truly grateful for our decision to choose Primrose Summerwood, as we feel confident and at ease knowing our children are well cared for. Each day begins and ends with warm greetings and sincere smiles.
We highly recommend Primrose Summerwood.

Over the years, our kids have had a good mix of teachers - seasoned teachers with years of experience and a nurturing heart, balanced with newer teachers who are eager to teach and very engaging. Management has been flexible and understanding when any issues or concerns are brought up. Communication has always been open and easy! An overall great experience for us.
