I was worried when I had switch my youngest to Primrose, and was assured by the staff and teachers that I had nothing to worry about!! We’re coming up on a year next month with Primrose and I couldn’t be more happy with my choice!! My youngest has grown, and progressed so much under their care! Now both of my children attend, and might I add are extremely loved by the staff and that alone warms my mama heart!!
Thank you all for all you do, not just for my family but for all who attend!!!

We first had a nanny and my son was behind in certain milestones. We went to Primrose due to their teaching methods, professionalism, care and love they have for the children. The school challenges my son, he is now thriving at Primrose Lakeshore.
I was nervous for my child entering the next class, Ms. Shelby reassured me he was ready, and the teachers were ready for him. I love all the teachers, leadership staff, and they invest in my son’s wellbeing.
Melissa and Shelby are attentive, kind and always ask if we need help or if we have questions/concerns. The Directors call, communicate and keep my husband & I up to date on everything with my son and school events.

We started my 3 year old son at Primrose about a month ago and can't speak more highly about the staff and teachers! I was very leery of switching school from a school he had been at for over 2 years! Ms Shelby, Mrs Melissa, Ms Cassandra have been EXTREMELY helpful in my sons transition to his new school! Their communication, energy, and genuine care for each of their students at the school DOES NOT go unnoticed! Thank you for everything you have done! We appreciate you!

I was having a hard time taking my baby to daycare. The idea of someone else watching him made me anxious and nervous. Primrose has made the whole daycare experience actually enjoyable. The teachers are awesome. They communicate with you and even send you pictures of what your baby is doing during the day. My son has learned so much already. Everyone there is so friendly and kind. I would recommend this daycare to anyone!
