(Free parking too btw) I was nervous for this big exam and she reassured me about the process before we started. I asked if I can bring a personal fan because sometimes I get hot and she sat me in front of a floor fan that they have in the room. I appreciated it and felt more relaxed and passed my exam! It was easy to find, the computer was easy to use, there was plenty of space between testers and the rooms are not too crowded. If you want to test alone you can let them know and of you prefer the group setting let them know. They are very accommodating. I have to take the elevator up to get to their Suite on level two and I used the building guide located near the entrance to make sure I had the right place. They secured our belongings in a locker. Can't even bring water in there so eat and drink before you go. If you need to pause they said you can, but I didn't.

The testing rooms are sectioned off instead of everyone being in one large testing room where you will deal with more distractions. I believe his name was Andrew. He is amazing to help set the tone of the testing center.
