- MSMercedez StokerNov 12, 20241.0Let me first by saying that my kids started going here since the age of two years old and it used to be koti learning Academy And then they transferred over to KinderCare, which at the time they sent me a crazy amount of a bill stating that I accumulated over $7000 worth of fees since August, which is crazy I contacted Sabrina the current director which she’s aware of this situation, but will not return a phone call to me. I’ve reached out to corporate given my phone number and information waiting on the return my phone call and still nobody has returned a phone call when I last time I talked to Miss Sabrina. Miss Sabrina said that don’t worry about it. They’ll put that balance on your credit which is very concerning to me because I don’t like things being put on my credit and I have tried to reach out several times to take care of this matter and nobody will contact me back and I feel like if I take this measure and let the world know. Do not take your kids here because you will get charger ridiculous mouth over nothing and when you try to take care of the issue, they don’t wanna tell you why you were charged this amount and how can we come to our agreement to fix this which I Thought that that’s what I was doing by having them trying to contact me but nobody won’t contact me I’m writing this in hopes that somebody will reach out to me because I don’t want this on my credit because I feel like this is not fair because you guys are not charging me right and I have very good reasoning because there’s Miss charges on my children’s account for days that they weren’t even present and the daycare was closed
