  My daughter started when she turned 2. They were very helpful and kind during the transition. The school and class teachers have great communication. They also helped accommodate my daughter's dietary restrictions (vegan) which was a huge selling point. They are transparent and communicative which I greatly appreciate. Her previous class' teachers had an unusual turnover rate, but the administration always stepped in to help. Overall, I can see how much my introverted toddler has grown and learned so much over just 7 months. She is still on the observant-side but now so much more extroverted and social. It's a joy to see!

  Our family has had an amazing experience at Primrose School of Frisco at Independence, and I truly cannot recommend it highly enough. We have sent all three of our children here, and our youngest, Noah, is still currently enrolled for another year and a half. Both Ava and Lana entered Kindergarten fully prepared and already ahead of their grade level—not just academically, but socially as well. Their reading, writing, math skills, confidence, and social development were noticeably advanced, which speaks volumes about the quality of education and care they received at Primrose. The leadership team, Mrs. Campbell and Mrs. Ambrose, run an absolutely fantastic facility. The school is filled with energy, positivity, structure, and genuine care, and it shows the moment you walk through the doors. They have created an environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn every single day. Every teacher our children have had has been kind, caring, loving, and incredibly skilled at what they do. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about the children—not just as students, but as individuals—and that level of dedication makes all the difference as a parent. Choosing Primrose was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our kids. If you’re considering a place that combines top-tier early education with a warm, nurturing environment, this school is it. We are beyond grateful for the role Primrose School of Frisco at Independence has played in shaping our children’s early years. Highly, highly recommended.

  Great School with compassionate teachers and staff !! Clean and lots of activities keeping the kids busy with a good curriculum.

  Where do I start? There is so much greatness that comes out of this establishment. 'Tell us Primrose is awesome without telling us' - Our kids open up their arms to the staff at drop off and wave at us goodbye, it is a second home to our kids, peace of mind for us parents, and it is hilarious that they ask [us] to go to Parents Night Out! This wouldn't be the case without ALL of the awesome, caring, tolerant, and flexible staff at this Primrose location. They remained open and willing to love on and care for our children during the pandemic and kept our kids safe and healthy. My youngest was born in April 2020 just as the pandemic was gaining momentum in the US. I was afraid for him, for everyone, but blessed and fortunate to have found such a great set of 20+ helping hands to wrap around our children. We are forever grateful. Thank you guys. <3
