The staff is very professional, communication is awesome, the Kindercare App keeps you updated with your child(ren) throughout the day. The facility is great about social distancing, and following all Covid-19 precautionary principles. The staff here I love like family! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing childcare.
- HAHenry “Henryaustin22” AustinJun 28, 20161.0Unprofessional and ghetto... The teachers argue with you and if your child has medication they won't even give it to them with a doctor's note. Then a teacher keeps picking at my wife and told us our child couldn't return for 3 days because she was teething. They also don't changer our 5 month old the right way and had caused diaper rash. Not all Kinder Cares are bad just the teachers that run this one are. Don't leave your kids with them they don't care like they say. We've recorded all the things I'm saying and will contact corporate.
