I debated heavily on sharing the experience we had at this location. I am almost embarrassed to say that my son spent over a year and half, almost 2 years here. My biggest regret is not removing him sooner.
Even after almost two years here my son still didn’t want to go to school and had to be pried from my arms crying almost every day.
I made the decision to remove my son from this school six months ago with the support of my son’s pediatrician. My son deserved better from this location, and I take full accountability for not trusting my intuition and removing him sooner.
Since day one at a different location, I have seen nothing but improvements in my son’s growth and behavior. Not only has my son progressed in every single way, he is a completely different kid. He is happy, enjoys going to school, and has never had to be pried out of my arms crying when being dropped off. Not even one very first day. I do not have anything negative to say about the location I transferred my son too. I also have not had even one single negative interaction with any staff at his current location.
FYI for staff specifically the director Tonya and owner Christy- Considering the almost daily calls and incidents there at Primrose School of Fort Worth West. My son has had ZERO incident reports and I have received ZERO calls regarding his “behavior,” in the last six months. Not one. Interesting.
I am extremely disappointed with our experience here. The turn around for teacher at this location should not be ignored either. Maybe things have changed over the last six months (I sure hope that is the case) but unfortunately due to our experience here I do not recommend this location.

Enrolling at primrose has been such a blessing for our family. Our little one has grown emotionally, socially, and developmentally, and genuinely looks forward to going each day. The staff is loving, patient, and communicative, and you can tell they truly care about the children. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our child.

Our two children have been attending Primrose since they were infants, and have enjoyed every minute of it. The front staff and teachers are all wonderfully kind and patient with the children. We have been impressed with the fun ways they keep our kids engaged and learning. It’s so comforting seeing our babies walk confidently into their classes and smiling in their daily photos. We strongly recommend sending your little ones to Primrose FW West!!

We've be SO happy with choosing Primrose School of Fort Worth West for our daughter. She's been with the school since August 2017, and we've been very pleased with our experience over the last couple years. We appreciate the communication of the staff, the consistency of the teachers, and have loved watching our little one thrive and learn with the curriculum. Because she's grown up with the school, she loves to say goodbye to her favorite old teachers everyday when we walk down the hall to leave everyday. We love everything about this Primrose location, and know it's a direct reflection of the management-the owners are very hands on. Our daughter is currently in an Early Preschool class, and she LOVES her teachers (Miss Sanner, Miss Baker, & Miss Ford).
