I truly loved and adored this facility when I walked in Bre actually assisted me with the tour. I had this tour planned for about 2 weeks due to my work schedule I had to take time off to stop by. Everyone who assisted me in the process was great, helpful and seemed very welcoming. Rochelle who was sitting in the back office was called by Bre as I had questions regarding registration, the wait list ect, she gave the complete opposite, very unpleasant and unwelcoming energy, when I had questions it just seemed as if she didn’t want to answer them like it was a bother to her vs her job and over all just her tone and energy. I brushed it off from the in person
Interaction as I initially was still interested but when I called to speak with her just to get clarification on a few things her attitude was absolutely terrible. It definitely put a bad taste in my mouth over all the reviews were great and it’s what initially attracted me to the facility. I was so excited after the tour but that definitely turned me away. I would hate to send my kids somewhere they’re not really wanted or welcomed.

My son loves this school, especially Ms. Gena, his teacher. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Primrose. The staff is so welcoming, and I feel is though they really do care about your child’s wellbeing. The teachers are upbeat and encouraging. I could go on. I definitely recommend Primroee at Columbus to anyone in the Fort Worth area.

Primrose at Columbus Trail has truly been a blessing in our son's life and in our journey as parents. Every time we walk through the doors and see his big smile, it fills our hearts with joy. The love and dedication from the teachers and staff is something you can feel the moment you step inside. Knowing that our son is cared for by such passionate and nurturing people brings us so much comfort and peace.

We started with Primrose almost 6 years ago with our eldest daughter and absolutely fell in love with the entire staff. The teachers were able to guide her as she developed both emotionally and intellectually. I love that they did not adhere to a cookie-cutter approach and were able to keep her challenged academically. She was reading well before her 3rd birthday and completed their kindergarten program a full year early. We were sad when we had to leave, but will be forever grateful for the academic and social foundation they provided her. Happily our Primrose journey does not end there. We were blessed with another princess. When it was her turn to enter preschool, we opted for a place closer to home as we wanted to avoid the 30 minute drive. That decision was by far one of the worst ones I have made as a parent. We didn't make it two weeks before I was on the phone with Ms. Thurman explaining the situation. She went above and beyond and welcomed us back with open arms. Though it had been almost 3years since we had been at Primrose, the minute we walked in the door, I knew we were home! Words cannot explain the sense of peace I feel entrusting this amazing school with my children. Though we live too far for our eldest to attend their after school program, any day she is off school, she eagerly looks forward to returning to Primrose if only for a day! We are forever indebted to the amazing family that is Primrose. No place is perfect, but any issues that have arisen have been dealt with promptly and effectively. I love that it is not uncommon to see the owners in the front office talking to parents, or even in the classrooms interacting with the children. Children are young for such a short time and I am glad the folks at Primrose recognize that and are committed to filling their little lives with so many happy memories.
