My baby went here for several dreadful years and it was horrible from enrollment to unenrollment. Teachers are unprofessional and emotionally unstable. They have evil spirits. My brother’s child is now attending unfortunately and I understand nothing has changed per the mom. If you have brown children I do not recommend this center, they treat them horribly. The on site directors are kind, pleasant and just, but they can’t be everywhere at once and run the place. These women are angry, malicious, hostile, sneaky and will take it out on your children. They hit children and if they don’t like them or feel they are too bratty they’ll allow other children to attack your child for their own vengeance. They pick and choose when they want to complete an incident form regarding injuries to your child. If your baby tells you something about the staff, BELIEVE THEM. Kids can’t fully articulate but know theirs always truth in the matter. I’ve personally witnessed teachers yelling, hitting and handling the children aggressively and other teachers that are no longer there witnessed it as well. The teachers are mean and disrespectful to the children all day and do damage control prior to you picking them up so that they seem ok once you arrive. Kids aren’t suppose to cry at pick up and drop off. Do not normalize this. They bagger you about writing them a review but let’s be honest, who’s actually going to express their true concerns of this center while their child is still having to attend and actually have peace of mind and not be concerned if retaliation. So you go along to get along. Beware parents and trust your gut! ***When they delete or hide this, I’ll be sure to add other places.

Im having a great experience with KinderCare. The staff is caring, professional, and truly invested in the children’s growth and development. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they create a Family safe, welcoming, and structured environment. The teachers communicate regularly about progress, daily activities, and any concerns, which gives great peace of mind. I also appreciate how they balance learning and play — my child is not only happy but also developing socially, emotionally, and academically.

MY children have attended skyrise/kindercare for over a year. We have seen a complete turn around in the staff and the schools appearance. My big kids love the structure Ms.April puts down and my baby girl is just obsessed with Ms.DIAMOND and that says something cuz she is spoiled!!!!!!! I LOVE HOW MS.PAM always acknowledge my children and I coming and going. We love our skyrise/kindercare family💚💜. As a single mom of three we really lean on our Skyrise family. All the teachers are amazing 👏

I was recommended by my church member who works at Kindercare; she recommended that I bring my son. Since his enrollment it has been a great experience. The environment is very welcoming and my son is learning something new daily. Ms. Tonya and Ms. Ashlie are so sweet and make you feel like family. I love this school!!

My daughter has been at Kindercare for almost 3 years since she was 8 months old and we love it! After going through the infant and toddler classrooms she is now in the preschool classroom and all the teachers have been great. She has grown up here and learned many things. The director, Tonya, has always been amazing with us and always makes sure everything is done right. Oh and she's super sweet! I love that they emphasize that it is a "learning center" and not a "daycare." It's true because my daughter knows so much at the age of 3 and she comes home learning something new everyday. We have had an amazing experience and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I'm so thankful she has been able to learn and grow here and will continue to do so.
