My baby was bitten three times here, and every time I brought it up, I got no valid response—just excuses like “kids this age are like this.” After the third time, they even told me my baby bit another child, which felt like deflection. We’ve always asked if she ever hits anyone, and the teachers always said no—unless someone provokes her. At this point, I was scared to send her anymore. Three incidents in a row show a lack of supervision and accountability. I expect my child to be safe, not repeatedly harmed and then blamed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
