  Wasn't refunded my initial $40 after my assessment officer referred me to a different counseling agency...was told my initial payment would be mailed to me ..on 15th of October still waiting...called again on 22nd of October to ask about refund still waiting on answer...what's going on..

  Don't explain rules. Marissa is incompetent and unprofessional took my money but wouldn't address my concerns. Class instructor kept cussing and talking about inappropriate subject matter. Rick Saldivar is rude and a scammer

  I like it alot its just when u try to pay fot classes noone is avalible ove been calling since 12/23/19 left voicemails about class and still have not heard anything i got 3 classes left and than now this smh vey unprofessional

  TERRIBLE EXPERIANCE...Dont use them i was told my 6day old baby couldnt be in the room sleeping while i had class because........ "6day old babies can comprehend whats going on in class" a direct quote from the councilor. I was astonished at how a person with any form of education can honestly sit there and say a 6day old has full comprehension of whats going on. I kid you not I even asked twice just to confirm that this is what he really thinks.
