RUN!!! I put my grandaugther here because it was close to my husbands' job. I thought it was great then the red flags started to appear. 1.) The staff started quitting and they hired alot of young people that looked and dressed unprofessionally with wild color hair. 2.) They would mix up and miss place the kids clothes and bottles sent to the wrong home. 3.) Staff was ALWAYS SICK and wore no mask. My baby got sick with pneumonia and an ear infection at 9 months old. Every time she went back she got sick. 4.) Walked in and kids are in a 4 way stroller in the hallway unattended early so they can clean and go home. I could hear her screaming at the door. 5.) My grandchild was seriously injured. They say she fell and hit her head on the diaper cabinet. She has a black eye, two large bruised knots on her head, and jaw. My husband arrived 5 minutes after it happend and the office worker gave a quick spill land left. WHY WAS SHE AND HER BAG IN THE BIGGER KIDS ROOM WHEN MY HUSBAND ARRIVED! He had to chase the office worker down outside to get a half story. NO ONE EVEN CALLED TO SEE IF SHE WAS OK. I took her out the next day. Two times is too many. The office help wouldn't even answer the phone the next day. I called corporate and other child services to report it. They said they would escalate the matter. Never again!! Now watch the bland response they give to my complaint. NO NEED TO RESPOND NOW CAUSE YOU DIDN'T CARE TO RESPOND WHEN SHE WAS INJURED!!

I thought this place was pretty nice… but at drop off today, I was shown otherwise, at least regarding the toddlers teacher. My son is a mamas boy and has a hard time at drop off. Nothing too crazy, just upset and got the waterworks, I dropped him off in his class, the teacher gave neither of us any acknowledgment, sighed when he started crying, and appeared extremely annoyed. Furthermore, she was wearing leggings that were way too small, leaving about 2-3” of her buttcrack hanging out. Two kids were staring at it… extremely unprofessional behavior already at this point. Still I give her the benefit of the doubt give my son a kiss, and head out. Something told me to go back and see if he had even been acknowledged or not. He had not.. he was standing in the corner of the room in the same spot, crying, and she was completely ignoring him. Not once was she even addressing the kids or talking to them, let alone teaching them. She looked like she hated her job, which is not okay in an occupation with children who rely on their teachers!! We unfortunately will not be coming back… I’ll have to change my work schedule because of this. They hire anyone nowadays. It’s sad.

Kindercare Oakmont has been a wonderful place for our toddler grandson since he was an infant. The teachers and staff are so caring and communicate with us every day. They follow a great curriculum from which he has learned colors, shapes, counting, singing, dancing, art, loves reading and so much more appropriate for his age, with developmental goals and suggestions for us to reinforce learning at home. Our grandson loves going to school and loves Ms Ashley, his teacher. Ms Dawn, the director happily greets us and our grandson each day, makes and keeps the center caring, clean and focused on the children. We highly recommend Oakmont Kindercare.

Recently there has been a change in ranks at Kinder Care (Oakmont Blvd) and Oscar Hunter is now "The man in charge." Since he has been there my child has been as happy when I have picked him up as when I have dropped him off. I trust he will continue to provide the same high level of child care as before and look forward to any improvement he suggests. What a relief I can go to work with peace in mind.
