  This daycare is by far the best I’ve been privileged to have children attend! The staff is kind and caring, management is attentive and put together. It’s very comforting to be able to voice any concerns and know they are taken seriously!

  Was great before bought by KinderCare unfortunately. The new director is dirty. Her shoes are very dirty and nasty, bringing in bad bacteria for the children. She looks very unprofessional. Has unkept hair and wears clothes like she’s at home. What I am getting is that she doesn’t care about the children and she lounges around like it’s a playground. Her management is terrible. Things have been all over the place since she took over even though she had 3 weeks to gradually transition the management style. She always seem to be talking to the assistant director no matter where they are. They are always together, I’m not sure if the conversations are always professional. They seem to leave around the same time so certain times there doesn’t seem to be any management. The assistant director is still new but it seems that she’s not picking up anything because she doesn’t interact with other coworkers aside from just the director. It could be that the director is training her but the assistant director still doesn’t know anything including her coworkers’s names. The director does not hold herself accountable and uses that authority to plow over the other employees disregarding them. The teachers are great, they do their best to accommodate the kids and ensure that they are learning and developing properly. Overall, great teachers but the management need to improve or change. As well as KinderCare being overpriced for the treatment going on in the building. Terrible management will affect the children.

  Moving from another state, finding the right daycare was one of the hardest and most important decisions for our family. From the very first day, the Travis KinderCare team in Forney made that transition so easy. Everyone has been so welcoming, kind, and professional — you can truly tell they care about each child’s well-being and development. One of the things I appreciate most is how they keep me connected throughout the day by sending pictures and updates. It means so much to see my child learning, laughing, and having fun — it really helps me feel like I’m not missing out on those special moments while I’m at work. I also love how secure the facility is. Each parent has their own code to enter the building, which gives me real peace of mind knowing safety is a top priority. My son talks about his school nonstop — from his teachers to his friends and all the fun things they do. It’s clear he feels loved, supported, and excited to learn every single day. The teachers are amazing — patient, nurturing, and always full of positive energy. The center is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that keep the kids excited to come back every day. Thank you to the entire Travis KinderCare team for providing such a loving, safe, and supportive environment. You’ve made a big difference in our lives, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my child receives here!

  this school is def a place that brings warmth to your heart because the whole staff actually cares about each and individual child and their education. They teach them their numbers, letters, etc. they have such a professional team and my son already has made the bestest of friends in this school. Thank you for all you ladies do for our kids. They also have fun activities during the summer and all year round.

  I love the KinderCare team! My son has been going to this daycare before the transition to KinderCare. So far it's been a huge improvement having the KinderCare brand come in and take over operations. Thank you to the staff and teachers for all the hard work you put in every day!
