We couldn’t be happier with our experience kinder care. The staff are incredibly professional, caring, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. From the very first day, they created a warm and welcoming environment that made our child feel safe, loved, and excited . Communication with parents is consistent and transparent, which gives us great peace of mind throughout the day. Blessed to have Ms. Luisa and all her close attention to my child as well as all the teachers. It’s clear that the team is passionate about what they do. We trust them completely and feel so grateful to have found a daycare that treats our child like family. We highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and professional environment for their little one.

Our Experience at Kinder Care Transition to Kinder Care We made the decision to move our son from another daycare to Kinder Care, seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for his growth and development. Satisfaction with Instruction and Care During our time with the Kinder Care team, we have been very satisfied with the way they instruct and care for our son. Their approach to education and their attention to his well-being give us confidence that he is in good hands. Openness and Accessibility We greatly appreciate the openness and accessibility of the teachers and aids. Their willingness to communicate and be available for our questions has made us feel welcomed and involved in our son’s experience. Parental Happiness and Communication As very happy parents, we especially enjoy receiving daily pictures and detailed reports about our son’s day. These updates allow us to stay connected to his activities and progress, bringing us joy and peace of mind.

First and foremost, this daycare is accredited, meaning they are rigorously reviewed by a 3rd party, national agency. The curriculum is created by child education experts. All of these things were really important to us when looking for a daycare for our kids and there are very few daycares in El Paso that can meet those standards. I have two daughters who currently attend KinderCare. The first one started at KinderCare when she was 3 and a 1/2, and my youngest started when she was around 7 months. When my eldest daughter first started attending KinderCare, she joined Ms. Cindy's class. Under the care of Ms. Cindy, she developed all of the skills that she needed to successfully enter into elementary school. She was ahead of her peers and was able to join the gifted and talented program. I think a large part of her success has been because of the tools she learned at KinderCare. My eldest, now 7, goes to KinderCare during school breaks and gets to do fun things like going to the water park, going to the movies, gymnastics, and hiking. My youngest daughter, now 3 and a 1/2, just started in Ms. Cindy's class. She is thrilled to learn and excited to go to school everyday. The school directors, Ms. Barbara and Ms. Luisa, are genuinely a part of our family. They know the ins and outs of our lives, are always there to support us with whatever personal struggles we're going through, and know our kids on a deeper level. All the teachers we've had for my youngest daughter, from the infant room to where she's currently at right now, have helped to guide her emotionally and academically into the confident little person she is today. Finally, the meals they serve to the kids are well-balanced and delicious. If you're looking for a daycare, do your homework; look at the curriculum and accreditation data, visit the facility, speak to other parents, to the teachers, and to the directors. You will see that KinderCare goes above and beyond for their kids.

I love the administration here. They are always willing to help and work with you, you’re always greeted at the door with a kind smile and your child greeted by their name very early on enrollment. My daughter started off with Mrs. Margarita and she was an amazing teacher my daughter would come home with many projects she had done and tell me what she’d learn and she loved it. This all changed when she was moved up to next age group because she was advanced for this group now as I was told. My daughter stopped bringing home any projects and all she would bring were the same coloring pages over and over again and when I’d ask her what she learned she would say nothing and tell me her teacher Mrs. Cindy would let them watch YouTube on her phone..... this is when I decided to stop taking her and switch her to a new place. She told me she didn’t want to go there anymore because she got bored and they wouldn’t do anything. I saw no improvement in her learning once she was switched to this group. As for everything else it’s a clean facility people are nice. But I was hoping this would help prepare her more for pre k as they advertise that it helps them in school and they “learn” but it’s more just a day care and some teachers just entertain the kids with whatever even if it’s not educational. It’s sad because my daughter had her little friends but I can’t be spending $100 plus each week for her to go watch peppa pig on YouTube.
