Satisfaction with Instruction and Care During our time with the Kinder Care team, we have been very satisfied with the way they instruct and care for our son. Their approach to education and their attention to his well-being give us confidence that he is in good hands. Openness and Accessibility We greatly appreciate the openness and accessibility of the teachers and aids. Their willingness to communicate and be available for our questions has made us feel welcomed and involved in our son’s experience. Parental Happiness and Communication As very happy parents, we especially enjoy receiving daily pictures and detailed reports about our son’s day. These updates allow us to stay connected to his activities and progress, bringing us joy and peace of mind.

We are greeted by our names, we get to know our teachers, we receive updates about our child’s day, and the app is wonderful since the teachers upload photos of the kids doing their daily activities and meals throughout the day. 100% would I recommend this Kindercare to any parent! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the wonderful care my child received there. We unfortunately had to move out of the city, and will miss everyone there so terribly! It will be hard to find another center that gives us the same comfort.

My youngest is the happiest boy while visiting for the day which feels nice being I was scared how he would do at such a young age! and kuddos to teacher Taylor! As my daughter loves her and is always coming home and telling me all about her!! 😁 she’s really developed a great relationship with her and looks up to her! Most importantly I love how we are updated daily on meals, activities ect. As a busy mom it’s nice to get the pictures of my kids having so much fun during their day and not have to worry about them while I’m gone at work! ❤️

From day one, we felt confident that our son was in great hands. The entire staff is warm, professional, and truly invested in the well-being of the children. A special shoutout goes to Mrs. Barbara, who is simply incredible. She’s highly experienced and it shows—she knows exactly how to guide, support, and nurture every child. Her ability to manage both the kids and her team is nothing short of impressive. Her calm, confident presence creates such a positive and structured environment. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond every single day. My son has thrived here socially, emotionally, and academically. The routines are solid, communication is excellent, and the learning activities are both fun and developmentally appropriate. The entire staff earns a 10/10 in our book! We’re so grateful to have found KinderCare West El Paso. It’s been a truly wonderful foundation for our son’s early years!
