Our daughter is in Ms. Naomi and Ms. Maritza’s class. They are wonderful and take such good care of her. She has been with Ms. Naomi since she was 3 months old and is so excited to see her every morning at drop off. As the classroom leader, Ms. Naomi takes such a personal interest in each child and treats them as her own. We are so thankful for both Ms. Naomi and Ms. Maritza!

I would like to start off by saying the process of enrolling your child here is so warm and welcoming. I called the office for more information and was picked up by Lindsey, she did not hesitate in sharing the information I needed as far as pricing, schedule, and where my child would be placed, she proceeded to set up a tour with the school Director Ana who was very professional and presented a well kept school. I then sat down with the school director Sheila who walked me through the learning side of the school. This is not just a daycare, but a place your child will learn, develop, socialize, and grow. Sheila overlooks the curriculum for all the teachers to make sure your child is well taken care of! I couldn’t have worked with a better staff! My child will be starting august 11!

My daughter first attended Prestonwood for Preschool (the 3s) with the best teachers. Ms.Lindsay was the assistant director and she was and still is, very welcoming and funny. Then she did PK there and im glad Ms. Lindsay stuck around. After a year I decided to enroll my youngest son. It makes me happy to see a familar face in the office, Ms. Lindsay. Ms. Sheila, I believe is new, has been very sweet and understanding. It makes me happy to know my son will know someone bilingual. As for ms. Ana, she has been understanding and professional. I don't regret coming back and making more memories with Prestonwood.

My daughter has been going to primrose of prestonwood since she was 3 months. She is now almost a year old.
Everyone has been so welcoming and incredibly nice. She absolutely loves her teachers and all the staff. Every time we arrive in the mornings she always has the biggest smile. Every time I pick her up she is always playing with the other kids in her classroom.
They do such a wonderful job teaching and keeping the babies busy. They also give constant updates and pictures through their app.
I can’t recommend this location enough!!! They have been wonderful and my daughter has grown and learned so much. She loves it.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the owner of Primrose for personally reaching out to me to address a recent concern. He was incredibly kind, empathetic, and quick to help resolve the matter at hand. It meant a lot to receive that level of care and accountability directly from leadership.
Running a childcare facility—especially one responsible for so many children—is no easy task, and I fully understand that mistakes can happen. What matters most to me is how those situations are handled afterward. The way this was approached gave me confidence that my child is in good hands.
I also want to recognize Ms. Grace from the administrative staff. She has been a standout throughout my time with this location. Her dedication to the children and her communication with families has always gone above and beyond. Her absence this past month was truly felt, which speaks volumes about the impact she has made.
Despite the bumps, I am still giving this Primrose location a 5-star rating. Any owner who takes the time to listen, learn, and act in the best interest of the children deserves recognition. Thank you again for making things right.
