Primrose is truly exceptional in every way. From the very first day, Megan greeted us at the front desk with warmth and kindness, instantly making us feel at home. Barbara made the admissions process seamless and welcoming, ensuring every question was answered and every step was stress-free. In the classroom, Miss Marquisa, Miss Tiffany, and their dedicated assistants went above and beyond every single day—offering not just exceptional teaching, but genuine love, care, and encouragement. Under Georgia’s outstanding leadership, the entire school operates with a level of professionalism, passion, and dedication to the children that is unmatched.
In just eight months at Primrose, my daughter flourished—gaining skills, confidence, and a love for learning that has carried into kindergarten. The school also hosted outstanding events and celebrations, with her graduation being the highlight: beautifully planned, thoughtfully detailed, and truly unforgettable. I only wish we had enrolled her sooner. We already miss Primrose dearly, but the foundation they provided has set her up for lasting success.

My granddaughter has been a student at Primrose Bridgeland for a couple of years. From the very first visit we were made to feel like family. My granddaughter has loved every person there and they have all loved her. The administrators we most often see are Georgia, Megan and Barbara. They are always so kind and welcoming. If ever any of us has a question or a concern any of these ladies take the time to get us the answers in a timely manor. The teachers that have taught my granddaughter have been excellent. This year she has Miss Destiny and just loves her. She runs a tight ship with lots of love and guidance. She too is so welcoming, loving and always upbeat! My daughter has another little one that will also become a student there! I can't say enough about how wonderful the school is and how safe we feel leaving our precious babies there!

My grandchild went to this school, and it honestly breaks my heart to even talk about the experience we had. I don’t even know where to begin. What hurts the most is that the people in charge didn’t seem to truly listen to the teachers who knew and cared about my grandson. They acted like they knew better, but how could they possibly understand him more than the loving teachers who spent every day with him? Even thought we’ve already pulled him out, I couldn’t stay silent. Other families deserve to know what’s really going on. I’ve seen and heard things that no child should have to be around, teachers yelling, kids running wild without anyone paying attention, and adults glued to their phones instead of caring for these little ones. And all the while, the managers are up front, laughing and chatting, completely disconnected from the chaos happening just a few steps away. It doesn't help that one of his teachers told me they were told to use AI to send notes home about our baby. It’s upsetting. It’s disappointing. And it’s honestly painful. How can teachers handle tough behaviors or help kids grow when the support they need from their leaders just isn’t there? I truly hope other children are being treated better than my grandchild was. No children deserves to feel unseen or uncared for.

After nearly 8 years combined between both my sons attending Primrose West Cinco Ranch we made the decision with a heavy heart to move our youngest to Primrose Bridgeland, closer to home. Within just a couple weeks the curriculum director and director had placed an evaluation on my son without our knowledge. The curriculum director labeled my child. We had other plans for the upcoming school year but the lack of nurturing environment this school had to offer we knew our son picked up on that as well. We made the decision to return to who we consider family at Primrose West Cinco Ranch. We will never fully know what happened inside those classroom walls because the teachers and staff were not aligned but we can now go about our summer knowing he is with people who care.
