As a parent who enrolled my daughter at Creme de la Creme less than a year ago, I am deeply disappointed and horrified by the repeated failures in child safety, communication, and basic care at this school. What started as high hopes for a “premier” childcare center quickly turned into a nightmare of negligence that put my child’s well-being at risk. I strongly advise other parents to steer clear—this place is not safe for any child, and the leadership is utterly incompetent. From the outset, there were red flags. My daughter was hit by a child several times early in the year, and none of these incidents were reported to us. The teacher admitted to witnessing them but never filed incident reports, violating Texas Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers (like §746.2801 for injury reporting). We only learned about it from our daughter herself. When we confronted the school, the director promised proactive communication and better protocols “moving forward.” Spoiler: Those promises were empty. Fast forward less than five months, and history repeated itself in the worst way. My daughter fell on the basketball court, scraping her knees badly enough to tear her pants, hurting her pinky finger, and sustaining raw wounds. Not only did they fail to administer any first aid—another clear violation of state regs (§746.2401 and §746.2403 for immediate care and notification)—but they didn’t even bother to tell us until she got home in pain. The wounds were untreated and could have led to infection. The excuse? Staff were “in ratio” and couldn’t follow up. This is reckless and inexcusable in a facility that’s supposed to prioritize child safety. I’ve witnessed teachers being cold and unprofessional with kids, including one yelling at a sleeping child. Concerns I raised about specific staff went unaddressed. The updates they provide on their app is utter lies from how much children eat (I would pick up my child at 12:02 when food was not even served but I get an update at 12:00 my daughter at “all” her food! Or they are eating bagels with crème cheese at 2:30 when I drop my child around 2:40 and kids are eating plain bagel nothing on it… and more more more). The teacher-to-student ratios felt dangerously off, contributing to these oversights, and the overall quality of care has plummeted. When I demanded video footage, timestamps, and proof of attendance to incidents, the director has been ghosting my emails—complete radio silence. This director talks a good game in responses but fails spectacularly on follow-through, eroding any trust. We’ve pulled our daughter out immediately…wish I did it sooner! If you’re considering this school, think twice: No incident reports, no first aid, no accountability. Your child’s safety shouldn’t be a gamble. Look elsewhere—there are better, safer options that actually follow the law and care about kids. I regret every day we spent here.

Our daughter attended Crème de la Crème for two incredible years, and the phrase "you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone" couldn’t ring more true. After relocating to Salado, TX, we enrolled her in another highly recommended school, Primrose, simply because there isn’t a Crème de la Crème nearby. From day one, we always loved Crème—the environment, the curriculum, and most of all, the people. Her teachers Ms. Kylie, Ms. Belinda, Ms. Jasmine and the entire staff created an experience that was nurturing, enriching, and truly unmatched. We knew she was receiving a top-tier education because she consistently surpassed peers who hadn’t attended Crème. Now, just three months after our move, the difference is undeniable. Our daughter talks about Crème almost daily. She misses her friends, her teachers, and the engaging learning experiences she once had—like Spanish and culinary classes, and even soccer, which are no longer part of her day with her new school. I've personally noticed a decline in her academic engagement since switching schools, and if I could, I would drive over an hour each way just to get her back into Crème. This school is more than worth the investment—you truly get what you pay for. Honestly, I’d pay even more. I only wish every city had a Crème de la Crème.

From the moment I walked into Crème de la Crème Cedar Park Lakeline, I knew it was something special. Mrs. Leah greeted me with such warmth and professionalism, and over time, I’ve come to see that she’s so much more than an administrator — she truly cares for every child. I’ve watched her personally comfort children and lead with genuine compassion, and it’s clear her dedication sets the tone for the whole team. Mrs. Jasmine has also been a huge part of our positive experience. She takes the time to talk with me every single day about my child’s progress — the little things, the milestones, and everything in between. Her thoughtful updates and caring nature have made such a difference in how connected I feel to my child’s day-to-day experience. Since starting at Crème, my children have truly blossomed — socially, emotionally, and academically. I feel so confident and at peace knowing they’re in such a loving, nurturing, and enriching environment. I can’t recommend Crème enough!

My son attended CDLC for daycare and PreK. He’s in 2nd grade now so it’s been a few years and I just was compelled to come back to leave a review for anyone looking at CDLC. My son is very advanced in school now specifically reading and math, and I’m certain CDLC had a part in it. He still remembers his cooking classes and bowling at his old school!

My 5 and 8 year old boys LOVE Children's Learning Adventure! They both started in the Challengers (after school) program the day the school opened, and they've been hooked since. Most evenings when it's time to go home, they ask to stay longer! The teachers and staff have all been wonderful with our kids and have been very helpful with any questions we've had. The boys absolutely love the bowling alley, outdoor soccer field, indoor basketball court and the kitchen. I love that they can do homework and there are different age groups with different rotations within the after school program, so the younger kids aren't getting run over by the bigger kids.
