  I am what you'd call 'particular' about things, especially when they involve my kids. :) Primrose of Castle Hills has met and exceeded my expectations. Looking for a school for my youngest, there were a few things I was looking for... 1) Safe, well-maintained, and pleasant premises 2) Professional, organized and friendly administrative staff 3) Warm, engaged, and organized teachers and classrooms that are clean and tidy and adequate numbers of staff. 4) Balanced curriculum that includes plenty of play 5) Good nutritional standards in provided snacks and lunch 6) Excellent communication between school and parents Mr. and Mrs. Chow, do a fantastic job in caring for the property and ensuring that it is always clean, maintained, and attractive. The wonderful Director, Mrs. Braun, and the entire Asst. Directors and Admin staff are welcoming, organized, professional in their presentation, and extremely kind. The teachers have low turnover, which is very difficult to find, and are very engaged and warm with their students. The classroom is always clean and tidy no matter when I drop off/pick-up my child. The curriculum has been effective in progressing my child's skills, and the kids get lots of opportunities to play on one of several playgrounds or the splash pad in the summer. "Chef", as my kids fondly call her, does a great job preparing delicious and balanced meals and snacks fresh every day. And last but not least, the staff does an incredible job communicating to the parents about what's going on every week, reminders, events, and anything else they need to share. They are also readily available for questions or discussions. It's truly amazing! I cannot imagine a better school for my kids. I never have a moment's concern or doubt leaving them in Primrose CH's care. Side note: We also used their summer program for our older child and afterschool, and both have been equally organized and fun as the full-time care.

  When you send your kids to school, there are a few things that are non-negotiable: 1) Your children are loved and taken care of - home away from home 2) Your children learn valuable age appropriate skills that challenge them 3) Your children have a positive experience and cherish their teachers Primrose School of Castle Hills provides a wonderful environment where my children thrive. I’m grateful that my children are able to experience the warmth, gentle care and valuable education at Primrose. The teachers and administration/ staff are exceptional!! Thank you so much!

  We love Primrose! Our two kiddos have been attending since they were both just 4 months old, and it's been a great experience. The staff is incredibly kind, creating an environment where my kids are thriving. The activities and programs are well-designed, promoting both learning and fun and get my daughter was well prepared for Kinder! We highly recommend this Primrose to any parent looking for a great environment for their little ones!

  Before the birth of our first daughter, we visited many schools in the area and we knew immediately that Primrose School of Castle Hills was the place for us as soon as we walked in. While the transition to daycare is difficult for any parent, especially of a newborn, the Directors and teachers at PSCH made us feel very comfortable and we knew our child was receiving the best possible care. We have been part of the Primrose School of Castle Hills family for 8 years now. We currently have 3 children enrolled and wouldn't consider any other school for our girls. We highly recommend Primrose School of Castle Hills to anyone looking for the best possible care and education for your child.

  My son has been at Primrose School of Castle Hills for almost a year now, and I am so happy and pleased with our experience there. As new parents, we were naturally somewhat nervous about having our 3 month old in a childcare program. However, that nervousness quickly dissipated upon meeting the wonderful staff and teachers that make up the Primrose Castle Hills family. I've always felt they genuinely care for each and every child that attends there. Everyone always seems ready to go the extra mile for the kiddos at Primrose Castle Hills! My son has gone through both infant classrooms and has now graduated into the toddler classroom, having grown very attached to his teachers at each level--a great testament to the awesome teachers on staff with Primrose Castle Hills. Overall, I cannot say enough good stuff about Primrose Castle Hills. I would certainly recommend their program to anyone out there looking for a kind, caring, friendly environment where children will interact, learn and grow =)
