  One of the best decisions I’ve made! I love this facility and Mrs. Ashley is a great director and person overall. She is so sweet and all of her teachers are great with the kids. In just one month I have already seen significant growth in my child and I am excited for the future! Another positive is that they do all sorts of fun activities with the children and take many pictures for the parents to keep up with their kiddos.

  I went for this daycare specifically because I loved the warm welcome from Miss Nicole. She is Very sweet, communicative, and definitely cares for the children. Which is huge for a first time mom exploring daycare so I felt safe leaving my son. Minor issues started to happen like consistent changes with the teachers, my son being checked in when he wasn’t even at school, jackets and supplies being lost, and all the normal daycare shenanigans. My biggest issue came when my son was attacked at day care, and how the staff failed to handle the situation. Another child punched my child in the eye, causing him to have a black eye for a week. I spoke with the teacher that day, who did not even know he had Been hit, and she said she would do an incident report and alert the other child’s parents. There was never an incident report done from the time my child was hit, until 2 weeks later when I spoke with the director. The director had no clue my son had a black eye and immediately called the teacher in. Instead of the teacher admitting she didn’t do the report, she lied and said I told her I did not want an incident report. I never said that! As if it’s not protocol anyways! That day I decided to pull my child out of KinderCare Hebron. Because if you are willing to lie about something so minor, then I’m afraid to see what else goes on. 1 year later I am finding out this school has put me on a collections list for a balance that is not just. The directors have good intentions but without good workers there is only so much you can do.

  I switched from Frankford Kindercare to Hebron Kinder and it has been the best decision I made for my 3 kids. They are more interactive and engaged with the children . Taught my son to use the potty and iMs Queira have became a big part of my infant daughters life and her development .

  Mrs Rana is so kind and patient with the little ones! She is very helpful in developing my daughters learning and social skills. Ms. Micah is also a pleasure in the afternoons keeping my baby busy until pick up times. These ladies are wonderful teachers for the young toddlers

  Phenomenal is my very first thought. My two children attended the Hebron location and classy classy is what it is. A very high functional organized center at heart. They have tons of Summer activities and staff that accompany the personalities of the children. It really is a Kiddie College. It is reasonably priced and the location alone speaks for itself. It is safely protected by code for each parent so no worries there. The Director Sherri and I had a wonderful relationship as well as other staff. I Truly hate we had to head back to Florida, but if I ever come back my children will be rolled right back on in on the red carpet. It was wonderful and worth every dime and moment spent. Thanks Kinder Care, you guys really do care!!!
