- AEAlexandria Elliott5 days ago5.0KinderCare has been my village since we had our first child. My kids have fun they enjoy their teachers they have age appropriate curriculum and activities. Because they are now Skyrise they provide so much support including diapers and wipes for babies I no longer have to worry about if we have extra supplies. My one of my children has special needs and they make sure his needs are met. They send updates and pictures and videos through their day to keep us informed. The director Ms. Muraya is awesome very understanding with working with us to accommodate to our childrens needs.

They also work on learning objectives, such as sign language, Spanish, colors, numbers, letters, etc. I have seen an improvement with my son's recognition of these concepts as he progresses through the programs! It is a great environment!

Threw him out early (while I was at work) and I picked him up as soon as I could. When I arrived and said “mommy is here” they had the audacity to lecture me because I work far and couldn’t arrive as soon as she snapped her fingers. They overreact then add on a healthy dose of disrespect instead of giving any effort. I bet they’ll still send that bill though ! *update Glad I was able to withdraw my child This week, my child had a bruise on his head no explanation Last week, my child had a big knot on his leg no explanation He’s always coming home with unexplained injuries. They can’t be bothered to explain HOW? Please tell me you could care less about my kid without actually saying it. They even lost my child's shot records and kept all of his medical paperwork. Is that even legal?
