  I can’t say enough good things about KinderCare Baytown! My son has been going there since he couldn’t even crawl, and now he’s walking thanks to all the love, patience, and support from his amazing teachers who helped him reach that milestone. It truly feels like they treat every child as their own. My daughter has been part of KinderCare since she was 3 years old. Now that she’s in school, she still loves going back whenever she’s off that says a lot about how special this place is! The staff is so caring, attentive, and dedicated. They always make sure my kids are learning, having fun, and most importantly, safe and happy. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for my children and for giving me peace of mind every day. KinderCare Baytown has truly become like family to us. ❤️

  We absolutely love KINDERCARE. The teachers and staff are beyond helpful. Im so grateful that they are patient as well best of all the communications. You will ALWAYS know whats going on with your child or like us children. The KINDERCARE staff has definitely became apart of family not just routine. Highly recommended. 😇

  When I went back to work my daughter was 5 months old and began going to Kindercare. My experience with kindercare has been good. The teachers in my daughter's class are amazing and they truly love her. When she is dropped off and picked up, she is always greeted by the teachers and office workers. When I first started bringing my daughter to Kindercare they were in the process of getting a new director. For some reason the director position had a lot of ups and downs. I really didn't notice the purpose of a center director's job. My daughter's class had great teachers and that was most important to me. Then kindercare hired Tammy as the center director which was amazing and I finally see the importance of a center director. I didn't realize until Tammy was director that she was the first director who wrote a letter to the families introducing herself. I didn't even notice until Tammy was director that the center had changed directors 3 times. Now that Tammy is director I couldn't imagine Kindercare without her. Kindercare has always been good, but under the direction of Tammy it's exceptional. She is a fantastic leader and is always working to make Kindercare better. She strives to have quality teachers in the classrooms and to make the center family style. When I drop my daughter off at Kindercare, I know my daughter is getting the best care and that she will have a great day. My daughter has learned so much going to Kindercare and she is happy. I drop her off and she is happy, I pick her up and she is happy. I feel blessed every day that when I go to work, I am able to drop my daughter off at Kindercare where she's receiving quality care and most importantly is loved.

  I have a 3 year old and a 6 month old.. the 3 year old has learn nothing from this center. I strongly dislike this center! For kindercare to promote education and for me to pay an higher amount for this so called education/ learning center is ridiculous. My son has been there for 6 months - he doesn't even know his teachers name. The teachers are never there when I drop him off or when I pick him up, so I can't ask them face to face how he is doing. The infant class: teachers are great. Expect when I had a run in with the director many times. I requested for my baby son not to be fed rice or food. The director came in the room and felt as if she was attacking my parenting which was not appreciated. There was a case of rashes that went around that room. They sent 3 kids home Friday with a rash. They did not share any of that information. So when I seen a rash on my son, I assumed it was because I changed detergent. Went to drop him off on Monday, they sent me away because they didn't know what rash was, and a few other kids have. If i would of known that stuff was floating around I would of gone to an urgent care prior to Monday. I'm so upset that I pay so much money and get treated like I don't matter, and my children aren't learning anything from them!! If you are looking for education don't look here.. If you have NCI- go for it! I sure wish I had it so I wouldn't worry about wasting my hard earned money on this place.
