As a new mom to a 3-month-old baby girl, finding the right childcare facility was an emotional and significant decision for me. Our choice to entrust our daughter to this school was solidified during our initial tour. The outstanding individuals who won our trust are Ms. Sharie, Ms. Gabriella, and Ms. Champika. Their dedication and genuine care for the children were immediately evident. Every day during drop-off and pick-up, Ms. Sharie, Ms. Gabriella, and Ms. Champika welcomed me with warm smiles and took the time to share the intricate details of my daughter's daily experiences. Even on those days when my little one had her share of challenges, they never hesitated to offer me reassurance. As a new mom, the separation anxiety can be overwhelming, but the team at Primrose School of West Lake Hills has a remarkable way of putting parents' minds at ease. One of the standout qualities of this facility is Ms. Sharie, Ms. Gabriella, and Ms. Champika's attentive response to the needs of the infants under their care. Crying babies are comforted and attended to promptly, creating a nurturing and reassuring atmosphere for all. Furthermore, they consistently keep me well-informed about any concerns or the need to replenish supplies. Most importantly, it's evident that the infants are genuinely content and happy in this environment. While the occasional infant meltdown is inevitable, the staff handles these situations with professionalism and a perpetual smile.
