- SWScott Van De WaterApr 22, 20191.0Overall a subpar experience for parent and child alike. - whole facility smells... this is not a “one-off” as I thought when we walked through - staff is less than professional... they are underpaid, undereducated, undertrained, and have a fake-it-till-they-make-it mentality. - there are several daycares/schools in the area which are slightly more expensive and provide a drastically better experience - the best part about this kindercare are the opportunity for low ratio classes (cooking, music etc) -ratios FREQUENTLY exceed state mandated thresholds and the teachers (understandably) seem frazzled. - unless this is a short term thing until you figure out a better solution... OVERALL— I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. -our child was safe... the teachers were overwhelmed but nice to our kids... just wish they could have had more attention due to the ratio issues. We did really like one of the teachers... but that was about it.
