  Do not take your children here woman got sent over legal documents for my child to come back with her legal guardian she refused. Not only that when the woman was putting on a coat she held her on her lap her head was dangling was very concerning to hold a baby like that. Then spoke to a lady and she was all confused she didn't even know the proper email to send over documents too when I asked her the supervisor information she hung up. Don't take your children here my daughter always acts like she's hungry when she's picked up. Not to mention the way they treat other parents during a time of concern. Watch taking your kids to this daycare.

  Mis bebés asisten a este centro hace unos meses sobre todo mi niña mayor de casi 3 años y la verdad al principio pensaba q no se adaptaba pq lloraba en las mañanas sin embargo en la tarde casi no quería irse pero estoy muy sorprendida pq no llora y muy agradecida con la maestra Jackie pq es una súper maestra que tiene el don de enseñar a estos niños y mi niña ha aprendido mucho con ella, ya va sola al baño, y ha aprendido muchas cosas también el inglés aclarando q mi princesa solo hablaba español. La directora es súper amable no existe día q no entre x esa puerta y le desee buenos días en fin todos son especiales

  This place is amazing! I enrolled my daughter there when she was 6 months. They took wonderful care of my daughter and I actually felt that her teachers sincerely cared for her. The facility was always kept very clean! Due to a change in job schedules I no longer could keep my little one enrolled at this location but if it wasnt for that she would still be there. I would highly suggest kindercare addison to other parents who are looking for a loving and caring daycare facility!

  Based on the incident that took place, I have to warn parents of bringing your children here. Yesterday, my 2 yr old child was able to get out of his classroom, out of the hallway that should have been locked, past the lobby where nobody was stationed, and out the front door. Yes, my 2 year old escaped daycare. He's not quick. He hardly knows how to run. He walked down a hallway past at least 4-5 other classrooms & nobody noticed. The teacher responsible for him didn't notice. The director was busy with other classes & didn't know there was a child missing until another parent brought him inside. He was supposedly found in the parking lot. Had it not been for that parent, the outcome could have been tragic. I don't know how long he was out there. My child is safe. He's unharmed. The emotional toll this is taking on his father & I is beyond words. We almost lost our son because of them. As a credit to the director, she owned up to the mistake. She scheduled repairs & safety measures to be installed immediately. She also reported the incident to corporate and to the licensing board. We immediately unenrolled and were given no problems doing so. However, there is NO reason this should have happened in the first place. What other unseen dangers are there? If by some chance the parent who found my son reads this, I want to say "Thank you". Thank you a million times over for seeing him & bringing him to safety. I'm not sure if you understand the gravity of you being there at that moment. You saved our son. I cannot express my gratitude for you.

  My daughter went to Addison KinderCare starting at 11 weeks old. Just this week, at 16 months old, she transitioned to a Primrose school near our home. We're happy to have her close to home and the Primrose school is really fantastic, but I would like to share this story with any prospective parents in the Addison area: over these past few days, her new teachers have commented multiple times how impressed they are with her knowledge - especially with sign language. They asked me where she transitioned from, because she knows so many songs and signs (in fact, just this week she was filmed in a video promo for the Primrose school doing her signs)! All the credit goes to her teachers at KinderCare. It's given me a renewed appreciation for the work the KinderCare teachers did with her. I highly recommend Addison KinderCare, and I can't say enough positive things about the center and the staff. Thanks for taking care of my baby and teaching her so much!
